i have xenia with the blue x and when i try to run skate 3 it just doesn’t even open the game the emulator just closes. does anyone know how to fix it?
of all suggested changes, switching gpu to vulkan is the most bs one at least with my RX7900 XT, maybe Nvidia gpu handle it better and might depend on the game definitelly doesn't work with Forza Horizon and Forza Horizon 2
Do you have "graphics device lost" error with your amd card? I have a 6650xt and get those crashes every couple of random minutes.. it's fine in games where i can save any time but in others it's annoying af
@@Shadowsnoon No, I haven't that kind of error. The "Unhandled exception in Xenia" makes me have to save as often as possible. However, there are a couple of ways that might delay this error, but I'm not sure if those would work with the one You have.
@@Shadowsnoon changing value in apu_max_queued_frames by default it's 64, check if setting it to 32 or to 16 makes any difference it's audio relaeated setting so I doubt it would help You (and it's suggested to leave it at default) In Your case I'd make sure to add Xenia executable in display settings -> graphics and set it to performance and also browse for it in Adrenalin drivers. Other than that, in confing file change gpu from "any" to "d3d12", but You may see if "vulkan" might make it better. Not sure if any of this would help, if not - Your best solution might be upgrading gpu (or to wait until this issue will be resolved).
@@Kierdziol unfortunately none of that has actually worked, but i've increased the min frequency of my gpu when running xenia and i've also changed/lowered the game's resolution in xenia config which seems to consistenly delay the "graphics device lost error". idk how that actually affects the emulator or bugs that amd has with their gpu but i'm going to test this further. still, thank you bro

My laptop ryzen 7 with Rtx3050 supposed to run this game sonic unleashed find but instead the sound effects and music is intercepted and choppy and always stuck in the loading screen or during the game . What did i missed ? I tried everything and anything but didn't work. Please help me

Yea bro I’ve got an RX 6600 & I’m still struggling to get the game stable. After one or two of these tweaks it’s been betterish. Maybe Gears 3 is one of the unstable games on the emulator level. Do you get in game before crashing & what CPU do you have?

So I managed to get it to work, but it slowed my game down like a lot. Any ideas why? Edit: It slows down when I change the gpu to "Vulkan"
maybe because you have a NVIDIA Video card in. and those cards does not supports vulkan. Vulkan is for AMD

rx 6400 gears 3 is not working, all the other games are working but this only is not.
