I bought one 3 years ago and it worked perfectly for the first year but hasn't worked for the last 18 months. I've spent the last 9 months working with the retailer (pinch a penny) who says maytronic has been mostly unresponsive and can't get it working but hasn't offered a refund despite a 3 year warranty. Save your $1500 and buy something other than a maytronic.
