So here is a low calorie, high protein ice cream with a little help from the ninja creami! It is super simple to make and has few ingredients!
You'll need (in grams):
200 G - Oak Drink
200 G - Batista Oak Drink
3 G - Guar Gum
15 G - Vanilla pudding
20 G - Vanilla Protein Powder
Sweetener of your choice
If you want it to be dairy-free and vegan, then do not use the pudding and find a protein powder that is plant based.
