Rosemary and basil are easy and amazing to grow. If ya live somewhere where rosemary won’t thrive in a mild winter, they sell grow lights online!! I’m bringing my herbs in and using grow lights to keep them alive thru the winter!! You can save live basil from a grocery store. I also saved rosemary from a Lowe’s home improvement!!
Valerian root is a good sedative/muscle relaxer (often comes in capsules). I've taken it in conjunction with ibuprofen for severe muscle pain and also as a sleep aid before I was on my current medication. Obvs check with your doc before taking but it's a pretty useful supplement
wait she wants moldavite?! that stuff can rock your life around.. its said to be insanely powerful and if utilized correctly can be used to put up INSANE wards
I've been going through Holistic Tarot using the beginner study guide the author Benebell Wen has for free on her website and it's been great so far 10/10. She also has study guides for Intermediate and Advanced that look really solid. If anyone's been thinking about getting the book but is kinda intimidated by the size or if you like to have a little more structure when you're learning about things I would definitely recommend those to go along with the book.

Pretty much all black stones. Black tourmaline, Black Kyanite, Jet, Onyx, Hematite, Obsidian. Also, many red stones / brown stones that are associated with your root Chakrah are offen associated with safety. ....Or like, any rock. A rock that you like and you find on the ground. If you charge it & program it with the intention of protection, it will protect you. Don't sweat crystals- there are 1000's & they can mean different values to different people.

I even have common flag, mugwort, and yarrow. And so much more. I want to open up my own shop and i heard etsy takes a chunk of money but im in Kentucky where the bible belt is so its hard to sell a lot unless I open up a store. I really need devils shoestring, foxglove, meadowsweet, and just few more.

Not related to this video but idk who else to ask 😅 I recently moved and I’m pretty sure we have a negative spirit in our house. At first I thought maybe it was just my sons dad following us but I don’t know anymore. My son (he’s two) has said something about someone being in his room. He just calls the spirit him and usually when it’s his dad he will say daddy. I wasn’t concerned at first but my son has started getting nose bleeds in the middle of the night but only when he sleeps in his room. I’ve sealed the mirror in his room and it seems to have helped some. I don’t know what else to do. Any advise ?
