Brilliant workout, Conor! However, I must say that it's risky to lock your elbows out when doing dumbbell press. Please make sure that they are slightly bent when pressing up. The last thing you want is an elbow injury. Cheers!
You should analyse Allan McGregor, really experienced goalkeeper who's played at the highest level in Europe, he's pretty similar stature to you and he's a quality goalkeeper, plus he's still playing at a high level even at the age of 41
I recommend that you analyse Maty Ryan currently at AZ Alkmaar, similar height to you and although he has not had the best couple of years, he is getting back to a good place.

Hi mate, it's a tough one, you can obviously use bandages/tape to try and cover it, and wearing tights over the top can help a bit too. But make sure you are using antiseptic cream after training to try and help it to heal quicker!

Will try to do something on this in the future! But try and build from the ground up first - starting to practice from your knees is a good start!

One thing that I will do when it keeps opening, is you can buy this spray on skin that burns a lot but it will keep it closed
