I will never forget the first time I heard this song. It brought tears to my eyes and and pain to my heart. But then began thinking of the sacrifice and because of that sacrifice the joy of being in the presence of God. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼✝️🙏
Everytime I hear it, I still cry! "From one scarred hand to the other." Reminds me about my dad. He always worked as a ranchhand. His hands were so calloused. It just makes me sad.

He separated me from much of my former life, and ALL of my former lifestyle, and it was a very painful process. If you ever go through that, my advise is NEVER COMPROMISE! After a while the Enemy leaves and go after easier prey, so I pray for the weak to be bold in their belief. Get an e-sword and be like the Barerean's (Acts 17:10-11). My journey to understanding began when I heard the Master's words, "If you love me guard my commandments." My answer to that was, "I do." "What are they?" So I called my Mom and asked her, "Where in the Bible are the commandments?" She told me to read Exodus chapter 20. Believe me when I say the "Good News" is right there in the 4th command which our ancestor's seem to have forgotten, or may it be, WE WERE LEAD ASTRAY LIKE SHEEP??? The Good News is also woven into the 3 angel's message in Revelations chapter 14:6-7, Acts 4:24, Acts 14:15, Psalm 146:5-6, Amos 9:6 and more. Repent, believe, and be blessed sir.

The east from the west, or from right to left. The Hebrew language is written to be read from right to left. The entrance to both the Tabernacle and the Holy Temple faced east.
The whole point is because when man(Adam) was expelled from the garden(expelled) from the presence of YHWH, he was sent eastward away from the garden. The language of YHWH is read from east to west. To enter the house of YHWH was to walk from east to west.
