    Hi Jack, how would the crossray BBQ go at searing meat? I do alot of Sous Vid cooking and looking for a searing station vs a bbq. I've been told the design of the crossray provides super fast direct searing, what do you think? thanks Brad

    Jack - the greek word you keep on using should OPA not OPAS. Also, the steak needs to be rested outside the bbq not inside and I don't think this steak is medium rare its oozing with blood! Just saying.....

      Appreciate ur comments…. Love the opas…. Its stuck now :-). With respect to the meat, yeah probably somewhere between blue and medium rare is more accurate - but thats the fun of un-edited cooking and videoing by my young daughter. We just love it !
