Really cool camera back, and I really like the expandable side compartment on one side. Missed opportunity by not having a side access for gear, though. This bag would have been absolutely perfect if it did.

Is it comfortable to wear? I've often found the rigid back parts of backpacks, create discomfort...well, Peak Design backpack did for me :-)

Thanks for the comprehensive review. I found that moving the divider between upper and lower compartments allows a full-frame Sony camera with attached 200-600 lens to be dropped in from the top. Others who want a compact bag that allows this might be interested.

I have a Lowepro Protactic 450 . Its huge and can accommodate so many like Z9 with lens attached, 14-24, 24-120, 24-70, 200-500, Viltrox 85, Flash and accessories, and even a big 100mm square filter set with holder. But i am looking for a smaller bag which I can use for carrying just z9 14-24 and 200-500. Is this bag smaller than Protactic 450. Looks smaller but not sure
