Hi mate you can find them but you will probably have to buy the whole kit rather than individual soft liners. I know that's not really that helpful but you can go down that route and flog the rest of the gear to complete your kit. I have seem your sizes come up recently in the mil spec and civilian spec plate carrier. Only difference as far as I know in the specs is colour and some the pouches, protection is the same.
You MIGHT get a set with the soft kevlar armour (usually black) on ebay if you are lucky. However, the hard armour is restriced at military level and never leave the stores (except for use or disctruction) American millitary hard plates will fit though :)
I have a question, my osprey is very tight when I take it off cause I'm quite fat faced, well fat in general, is there a way to loosen it so I don't tare off my ear
you see how the two shoulder parts fix together? undo one of the shoulder parts (remove the front from the rear) then open the front flaps of the armor as you normally would to remove it. now instead of lifting it over your head pull the closed shoulder side away as if removing a coat

+The Dog Patrol yes, when you undo the front, also open one side of the neck. that is how most without collars are removed.

yeah, Velcro and poppers for the shoulder
The front flaps are the ones that wrap around the front from the back :)
