  • This video explores many different styles of solo conditioning for fencing and other athletics. There are many exercises to try but the list isn't extremely comprehensive. There are many exercises you probably do in your regular classes that aren't shown here, but there may also be several you haven't tried. Do you have a favorite exercise?       Start by being on your knees which are tucked just behind your hips. This will allow you to do the press up without the strain on the arms. As you build up strength then cross your feet in this same position. It will make it more difficult but still doable. After that it is then to normal press up's. Hope this helps.
