    IT FEELS GLORIOUS TO EAT AGAIN! At the end of my 21 day water fast, it honestly felt like my taste buds were eating food for the first time. I’ve done a total of 3 extended fasts (linked below) and I have experimented with what works best for me. In this video, I share an extensive food log, along with a list of raw and cooked vegetables I consume in a 2 week period and what helped me to keep the weight off. I believe that the refeed process after the fast is CRUCIAL and more important than the actual fast itself and from experience, I recommend it’s best to start with small portions and a raw diet. I’ve received so many questions and I wanted to make a separate refeed video in full detail to keep you guys informed.

    when breaking the fast i wld suggest steaming those veggies on day 1 or maybe boiling in a bone broth to make it easier on ur stomach

    You're so inspiring and your make-up is GORGEOUS 😍💖. Congrats on fasting. I'm halfway through a 21 water fast! I water fasted twice 14 day each over a year ago. I'm watching this because I had a habit of properly refeeding for 3 days ish then I'd eat a regular food too soon or after then bloat up.

      Sometimes it’s a bit tricky but we are humans and sometimes it’s ok to indulge a bit. I recently did a fast for 2021 that I will post soon and I feel like I wasn’t as good with the refeeding as I was with the prior 3. It’s just more motivation to have better habits for the next fast 🙂

      @@nikkimania I definitely followed your guidance from experience during my last refeed because I messed up on an earlier one. It's so crucial to refeed healthfully slowly and not binge. My new game plan is to incorporate smaller fasts each month like 5-8 days max then do OMAD after. Longer fasts are great for healing, mental clarity/strength, and spiritual reasons but not necessarily weight loss with water regain after. I definitely feel it resets your body, increases mental focus, and breaks food addictions👍.

    I can't wait for that feeling of eating again, i'm currently on day 7 of my 30 day water fast! urghh it's getting super hard to be around food, I can literally smell every ingredient on any cooked foods!

    I have to give you mad props. I only lasted 27 hours until I ended up eating something 😂. I just couldn’t deal with the headaches and migraines.

      Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 The headaches are usually bad in the beginning. I didn’t experience it in my 2nd and 3rd fast, but on my very first time fasting I had a migraine that lasted all day then after it was gone. Hopefully u feel better and you can always start again if u get the chance 🙂

      nikkimania I haven’t tried fasting since my one time but I think my headaches and migraines were due to withdrawals from caffeine and sugar. Since I no longer drink caffeine and eat very little sugar I should be good if I try it again.
      But it’s cool to see and hear from people people such as yourself who have overcome those challenges. I just need to get my head straight before trying it again.

    I made it to day 11, down 20 lbs but these last 3 days nausea has kicked in...ive vomited all my water out then immediately felt fine after. Im gonna end it today but I'm happy with the results.

    18 months post pregnancy and I'm still 40 lbs up from my regular weight. At 10 days of my 20 day fast. 12 lbs down!! I've done 20 days before when I was sick and it's a lot easier than people think! Like the first few days are difficult but after day 5 it's whatever plus the excitement of the weight loss.

      The first few days are hell LOL but in my experience the hydration drops I use have really helped me vs just taking the Himalayan salt

    I'm planning on fasting for 14 days to stop my food addiction and get a better relationship with food then building my calories over months to get back to 2000 calories a day (i haven't been at 2000 calories since i was like 14, i started cutting really young and now i regret it it's had such a bad effect on my metabolism). I hope it works, wish me luck!

      I took a shot of acv 30-1hr prior to eating and eat kimchee for the first 1-2 weeks 🙂

    I’m on hour 38 of a 16 day fast. Starting weight was 178.4 Lbs, I’m currently at 177 Lbs flat. I’m giving myself two days to refeed like your video suggests before my trip to Mexico. I will try my best to eat cleaner in Mexico also. I don’t drink and will stick with fruit veggies, seafood

    Was the landing on 30days but yea I lost more this time around doing 6day then I have in 15days
    Definitely changed things I did this water fast happy with results going back on it in a week in a half I broke mines with seaweed lol idk if that’s bad but yea waiting for my greens to be finished 🙃

    Hello there! Thanks so much for the information :) I’m currently on my 14 day fast and it’s been great! Definitely going to take the refeeding process seriously. Just wanted to ask that after one whole week refeeding, I understand you continued to eat healthy, But have you eaten badly on just one day? Hope you to hear from you :) I’m just asking because one week after my refeeding process, I have a wedding to go to and while I’m definitely not trying to binge, I’d also like to enjoy the food for one day.

      Hi Josie, congrats on making it to day 14! I deff am very mindful of what I eat... but I’m human and there have been times where I’ve taken a couple days to enjoy the food I like. I believe if you have a goal and you continue to stay on track, it won’t hurt in the long run. It’s deff ok to treat yourself, just don’t go overboard 🙂

    I’m on day 2/21, since I’m only 15 my doctor suggested I add gum into my diet and 0 cal flavored water. I’m so scared, does anyone has any tips on how to successfully continue my fast

    Hi,, ,about water fasting, I wanted to know, what did you consume to compensate for the lack of minerals such as sodium, especially potassium and magnesium, etc.? And have you used laxatives such as bisacodyl or polyethylene glycol or ... during the 21 days that Did you fast? The third question is that because during the time we fast, the end of the intestine dries and the enema must be done because the water we drink does not reach the end of the intestine, did you do the enema? What should I do, because I have lumps at the end of the intestine, and i can not do enema?

      Since the 21 day fast? Only 4 pounds which is great! I’ve maintained eating healthy ever since my fast ended and would recommend this to all. I have a video on my refeeding I put out a few days ago.

      It’s just my preference to not eat meat as upset my stomach in the beginning. But I’ve heard others eat a steak right after lol.

    You are supposed to only have 2 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar per 16 oz of water! And NOT take a shot of it raw!
    You will burn the walls of your esophagus!!!

      Himalayan salt throughout in my 1st and 2nd fast, but I started using hydration drops which I’ve found to be more helpful
