    Your workouts are accessible with minimal equipment, interesting/varied without being too difficult to follow along, and most of all, effective - feeling the burn! Love !

    Thank you Caroline, I have done today's tricep and chest workout and although we have legs tomorrow I just wanted to burn the glutes a little! This was just right! Thank you! See you tomorrow! How can leg day not be the favourite 🦵😊

    Vicky Mithell, thank goodness I had 4 different bands to choose from, I started at Medium strength, nope, when to strong nope when to extra strong. Just right. I felt it. thank you.

      Hello Hila! Thank you so much for your question! You will absolutely feel it in static leg, and yes maybe more it is is working to stabilise your entire body... the other leg will be working but yes, holding body steady is a lot too! Cx

      Hello Milen! Thanks for your question!
      There are so many exercises you can do anywhere including home such as push ups, squats, lunges and plank... there are so many variations of these depending on ability. Using your bodyweight is a great way to gain strength, increase body awareness and strengthen your core! Using a timer also is a great way to motivate yourself so having time set for 30 seconds of work with 30 seconds rest for example is great! Cx
