But I also did it all the time when I was new and fucking it up is how I learned to stop that happening. Now it happens due to negligence; not ability. If you don't make an effort to regularly make eggs, you won't improve. It'll teach you techniques and timing for making them I promise.

@@deceitfulmat2411 There is a difference between knowing and doing. I know to pull the eggs before they're cooked. But I just can't bring myself to remove food from the heat before it's done. I think the secret for me would probably be to cook them like normal, then when they're maybe halfway to the point where they should be pulled, turn the heat all the way down to low. They'll cook slowly and I'll have a lot more wiggle room both in time and temperature, so even if I pull them when they're done (and thus overdone by the time they finish cooking), they won't go that far over.

@@RaynmanPlays Take the eggs off the heat a bit before you think because eggs and especially scrambled eggs retain alot of heat so they cook themselves a bit after they're done

I know to pull the eggs before they're cooked. But I just can't bring myself to remove food from the heat before it's done.
I think the secret for me would probably be to cook them like normal, then when they're maybe halfway to the point where they should be pulled, turn the heat all the way down to low. They'll cook slowly and I'll have a lot more wiggle room both in time and temperature, so even if I pull them when they're done (and thus overdone by the time they finish cooking), they won't go that far over.
