Jennifer Pyrce intense pressure, plus Gordon wants his food and if you back up you fuck up your chances, if you don’t send out any food you also fuck up your chances. It’s a double whammy that fucks you in the ass. It’s even worse because when you decide to not send the food, you know you did right but you get scolded anyways.
If you think this is the worst red team, look at Season 17's All Star's Red Team. Not only they bring Elise back, the whole team is a huge hot mess! The only ones I actually liked is Jennifer and Robyn after she moved to Blue Team.

If you don't like someone let them fail on their own without worrying about them. If all you do during the competition is finger point, you have done nothing to show why you are deserving. She cried both seasons because she didn't win, instead of using those opportunities to look at herself and try to learn why Gordon didn't choose her. It's okay to want to win, obviously there's nothing wrong with that, the problem is when your ego is too big it blinds you.
No Amanda, your idol did NOT tell you that you're not worth it. He'd never say that. He just said you're not fit for Hell's Kitchen but he does acknowledge your skills and he wishes you best to improve on those. He knows you have potential.

I feel sorry for Carrie. She may not have been a good cook or chef, but I would defend myself by asking other team members to back me up if I had to, and that's not a sign of weakness or attitude. I feel sorry for Carrie. She may not have been a good cook or chef, but I would defend myself by asking other team members to back me up if I had to, and that's not a sign of weakness or attitude. It's not as if anyone else was any better than her, especially Jaime who went ballistic, when carrie asked her for support at the beginning of the video. Also Elise, who threw her under the bus. Everyone on the red team was horrible except maybe Krupa and Jennifer.
