Oh WOW!!!!!! What a brilliant trick to use a pencil to link the words. I would NEVER have thought of doing that. Haven't watched the video to the end yet, but just had to post about this one tip. Now to watch the rest. Love, love your channel.
I used to catch you every now and again, but I really need to watch you more often. I have a scan n cut, but obviously I know nothing about it. I need to spend some time watching your channel. Thank you
Hi thanks again for yet another very informative video. I paused and rewatched so now have a better feel for the Scan n cut. Your videos are just super. xo
I just got my Brother Scan n Cut 125e and hardly knew what to do. Your videos have been so helpful. I’m going to watch them all! Keep them coming. Brother should hire you and compensate you!
Love❤️ love 💓love💚 the papered chef. I have learned so much from you when I first bought my SnC and I’m still learning a year later. Cannot recommend your tutorials enough especially crafters new to SnC xx

Hi. Thank you so much for sharing your tips with the scan and cut! I’m a relatively new SU Demo. I started following your videos since I started using the scan and cut. It has made my life so much easier. Thank you for being so generous with your time.
Thank you for all the stuff you have taught me. You are very good on the scan-n-cut and very detailed. I live being able to cut shapes from paper so easily now. Keep teaching, I look forward to your videos.
Oooooooooooo! That shape feature! I’ve spent hours starting with a rectangle, scanning mat with stamp on then altering shape of rectangle to fit! So glad I’ve seen this! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thanks Stephanie, you no longer have to spend hours trying to figure this out, I’m here to help. I actually had a LOT of questions on this topic so you’re not alone.
So easy to understand & learn from your tutorials! I'm finally putting my SDX125 to use with my SU stamps and looking at them in a different way BEFORE even thinking of getting dies! thanks!
Hi Kimberly, Thank you for those tips, I have learnt 2 that I have never done before, so I will be given then a go, and your projects look great, Cheers Anna.
Papered Chef, I have watched MANY tutorials to learn how to drive my Scan n Cut, and alas, it is still in a corner at the back of my desk. Tripped across you this morning and am SO excited about this tutorial. Your candidness, easy explanations and super simple tips are brilliant! Thankyou so much for creating this tutorial 💓 Liked and Subscribed in first 5 minutes!
I've just found you and subscribed after watching two of your videos. I'm considering purchasing a machine and am researching just what I can do and that seems endless. Great tuition.
Amazing tutorial as always. I’ve had my CN300 model for years n maybe used it 10 times as couldn’t figure it out. Thanks to you I’ve learnt so much. Just when I thought I knew enough.... Kim you are AMAZING! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us and inspiring us to take our crafts to the next level:)
My Lord, you're brave! I can guarantee you that if I tried to stamp with my stamp pad that close to my hand, I would be IN it! I would have red fingers and a red hand and forget that I was inked and spread it to whatever card I was working on. hahaah🤣🤣🤣🤣
You have such amazing ideas and techniques! I learn so much from your channel and if I ever have an issue, I know that you have a solution waiting! Thank you so much!
You are seriously AMAZING! You teach so that I can understand. One thing I have NOT been able to do is connect to WiFi? What am I doing wrong, I wonder?
Teresa, consider this. Sometimes a router is set to only allow a certain number of devices to join. Try disconnecting another and try again. Thanks for your comment.
Another great tutorial. You would be proud of the progress I’ve mad in the past few days of viewing your videos and getting my 350 out. Kim, you done it again, I just learned something new with the painters tape, and the third technique. Thank you for showing us these technique. I was using my snc this week for some of my Christmas cards, my husband came in and ask me what are you doing? I said cutting out Images.
My husband has learned a long time ago not to try and figure out what I am doing in my craft room all of the time. I'm so glad you learned something new. I appreciate you watching Deborah!
This is amazing just awesome great lesson your a great teacher! Love your tips and tricks with the painters tape! So happy I came across your channel have Subscribed to your Channel...P.S. Thinking about buying a new machine have a Pazzel which i got about ten years ago OM how time flings well its not working that good right now try it today agin and still the same as I said time for a new machine! Thank you again for sharing!
Oh wow! I just watched this video, and tried the welding with a Christmas sentiment. It worked perfectly! I was so excited! I am learning so much from your videos, they are so easy to understand, even for a newbie like me! Thank you so much:-) (I can see why you use painters tape, I must get some!)
Glad it helped! Painters Tape is stronger that washi and rarely ever gets stuck in my machine. That is why I like to use it. Saves me a lot of frustration.
Oh yes, you have to do that once in a while. Here is a video on how to do the Scanning / Cutting Position Adjustment. ruclips.net/video/bfnbemwozkA/видео.html
Hi Kim thanks for this tutorial. I have been using the scan n cut machines for a while and I love them. I have the SDX1200 and the CM550. Obviously the Auto blade is wonderful.Any way I learnt something new from you today and I will be trying it out real soon. Currently working with my piercing mat, maybe you have a few great tips for us to learn. Thanks again. Marlene
Glad it was helpful Marlene. I actually don't have the piecing mat. I have a few extra accessories but for the most part, I stick with metal dies when I want the stitched look.
Me again! I'm comparing the SDX125e and the ScanNCut DX. The DX is $100 cheaper. Is it worth it to have the additional designs and fonts? I will mostly be using one for paper crafting. I don't mind spending the extra money if it is something I will use a lot.
I'm not sure because the DX looks just like the SDX and looks like it is refurbished for $299. I prefer a NEW out of the box one for a little more. This is what I just purchased last month. If you find this cheaper and not refurbished or renewed as they are calling it, then go for it. Brother ScanNCut SDX125E: amzn.to/2LEDLOV
Hello can I ask do you need to use different blade on scan n cut when using glitter ✨ paper , thank you your work is wonderful and has help me a lot with scan as it’s new to me thanks
Robyn, you can sharpen your blade and clean your blade holder so that it doesn't get clogged with glitter. Here is how. ruclips.net/video/tjuhKAsURIc/видео.html
