Imagine saying an entire bike is garbage over a clutch perch. If you don't like the perch, buy and install a different one for like $30.
You don't have to imagine it. I said it, it's GARBAGE 😂
Well Ive had my 2023 300nk for 2 months now and has no problem with it so far. I honestly went with cf moto in the first place to make my budget work. So far no complain tho delaership service is also amazing. from NZ
Edit: regarding the app it is so useful I effortlessly set up the app and its so useful.
How many miles do you have on it ?
Hey man I'm also from nz. Also saving up for my first bike and looking at 300nk. Would you recommend this to me?
@@vikingr4910 Depends on your budget my friend. If you have enough to get a big brand like kawasaki or yamaha might as well go for that. If your can only afford to get 300nk go for it. No one stay on one bike forever.
@@marc.300nkathensblue For my first bike, I don't wanna spend more than 5k. For the resale value as well. But how is the 300NK treating you?
@@vikingr4910 Go for it man buy the 300NK.
I"m a complete newbie, just bought one of these. I'm heavy and the bike does not go down when I brake. That's because I watched a bunch of videos on how to brake (motojitsu, motocontrol). This guy is either 350lbs or he doesn't know how to brake.
I'm actually 230 😂🤣 wait till you want to upgrade that resell is going to hurt 😂
@@VinCode17nobody should be buying most bikes expecting a great resell in the first place, especially new riders 😭
I personally have CFmoto 450Sr (SS US version) with 4000 km And i don't have single complain. Maybe just Wrong unit or just line, but i would wouldn't change my bike for neighter Ninja 400 or R3 nor Duke 390
When you hit 16093 km, I'd like to know how it's holding up. Hit me up.
The Ninja 400 is robust. And soon we will see the Ninja 500!
@@VinCode17 Hi there, I have a Cfmoto 300ss and got 20k MILES!!! in a year period it is my daily ride and not a single issue.
Bought a brand new Cfmoto almost two years ago . Put it in storage for the winter in 2023. Decided it was time to take it out at the start of the month and the Bike didn't turn on, assumed it was the battery and replaced it. The only thing that functions are the lights and horn , the bike does not start. This bike only has 700 miles on it and Apparently the memory is completely gone. Still waiting for the Dealership to fix this issue.
😱 with only 700 miles that sucks. Maybe something got into the wire harness. I stopped daily riding mine, and the battery now just dies. Let me know what dealership says the issue is.
@@VinCode17 bike has been in the shop for a week now. The dealership was able to start the bike and found the problem within an hour. Apparently the display gave out and prevented the bike from starting. Luckily my warranty is still in place and is covered but CFmoto lags on shipping parts to the dealership. Not too sure when I'll have the bike back but I may just sell the bike and move onto a ninja. A little hesitant to continue on with CFMOTO.
I own a 300SS and I would say it’s been at least equal if not better than my previous Duke 250. Before that 250 I had a 1st gen Duke 200 (which was faster than the 250, go figure), but the damn thing developed a head gasket leak that the dealers were too lazy to fix so I flipped it for cheap.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not contradicting your opinion, many times I catch myself worrying if the damn thing will hold on without catastrophically breaking apart, but it’s been working out great for me.
I remember having a horrible accident with a brand new Cagiva Raptor which front wheel broke like glass while riding, so I don’t really trust any brand. What’s more CF Moto is manufcturing Yamahas now 🤷🏻♂️
Are you sure about yamaha? I think they make for KTM
How's the 300ss holding up?
@@VinCode17 the goddamn bike was stolen on January 😒. The country is going down in flames brother 🤷🏻♂️
@OlafThorbjorn sorry to hear bro, what country you from?
You know the clutch is adjustable and under warranty? What is the warranty on the Suzuki? I just bought a 700 CLX. For the features and the performance there isn't a bike that comes close to CFMoto for the same price point. the price.
😂🤣
There are Japanese bike from the 70s still running fine but CFMoto has been making motorcycles for just a few years so long-term durability is unknown for now.
💪 I think it will be around for a while. It's a good around town bike for the money.
I think that you must just have bought a Friday afternoon bike. Every manufacturer has them. Although I don't actually know anyone with a 300NK, I do know people with the 400NK and the 650NK. Other than saying that they are a bit on the heavy side, which the 300 isn't. They have no complaints. This is after 6k+ miles on Philippine roads, which are hardly the worlds best. The dealer should be able to sort the suspension issues for you, under warranty. As for the clutch lever. Did it rattle before you dropped the bike and snapped it ?
The clutch lever has been rattling since new, I called the dealer and there's nothing missing so basically its the way it comes.
@@VinCode17 so buy a different from?
You probably got a lemon/bad factory built! Congrats! You just won the lottery. lol.
Probably 🤣 it's still running.
So.... Whats the issue exactly? All I heard this entire video was "Its not a Yamaha or Suzuki and my clutch lever is squeaky :(". We're aware its not a Yamaha or Suzuki, but well done.
😂🤣😂🤣😂
@@VinCode17 Cool? You responded exactly how my 8 year old would lol. Solid
@@VinCode17 🤡
@@bradleylemons6199 😂
The "mode" switch is display only. It's not actually changing ride modes. A bit misleading.
💪
Well I mean for a beginner coming from a 125 this should be a cool lil budget option for a bit yeah?
Hell yeah, if you can get a good deal on one, go for it. I know that used you can definitely find some cheap.
I put the handlebar mirrors on for $23. They look best on a naked sport bike. They don’t rattle at all and I can see perfectly out of them.
💪💯🔥 I thought of putting on bar end mirrors. Maybe at some point.
Yeah fam I think this is ether just your bike or maybe they're making the US spec ones shittier. Had mine for a bit over a year now I bought it brand new on sale cuz it was winter time, bought it for 3500 EU which is around 3900 US, with a 3 year warranty. Literally no issues whatsoever besides the regular maintenance, for the price its a bargain, but I do agree with you regarding the bigger models. I don't know if I would buy one being that the price is not drastically cheaper than a Japanese competitor. You should drive it to the shop if its under warranty they'll replace everything that's broken.
💪 it's not my main bike so I'm not to worry about it, I'd just hate for someone to buy this as their beginner bike, the resell on this is going to be low vs a Honda Suzuki etc. I still ride mines it's what it is for the price.
have you found a aftermarket oil filter that fits? the online references suck. thanks
@VinCode17 If you're buying a bike and thinking primarily about the resale value, it seems you don't know what you want or what you're getting. Even worse, you might be expecting more from the bike than it's meant to offer. This bike provides outstanding value for its price. It's playful, torquey, and fast. Who cares about the resale value? Move on-it's not the bike for you if you want something better you need to go deeper in your little pocket. And I won't even start on the clutch.
Deeper in my little pocket 😂🤣
How much can yiu get one brand new? I know not much about bikes so it would ne harder for me to buy a used bike so i kinda want a good beginner cheao new bike. If this is $3000 then id be happy
Where do you live? Visit a dealership and compare price in store and online. I'm sure you can get a good deal on the 300nk.
😂😂 the modes are just display modes…. Has nothing to do with tuning! It is to have a display for track days.. the bog is in your mind
🤣 Sure, if you say so
never trust the opinion of someone who is selling a whole heap of other shit in his description section.
🤣 of yeah making the big bucks over here with my amazon links 😂 🤦♂️
... and never take spending advice from a poor person.
@@Ghryst wow poetic 😂
A couple of dealerships here in South and Central Florida are selling a brand new 2022 version of this bike for $2,500. I just requested an OTD quote with breakdown from both of them.....Let's see how much "stealership" fees are included....Do you believe is worth $3,200 new? How's it going for the last 2 months with the bike? Getting worse? Obviously the best choice in this class of bike would the Honda CB300R, which is even lighter at "316 pounds (Includes all standard equipment, required fluids and a full tank of fuel)" which is about the same as Kawie's and Honda's 300 Dual Sport.
Round 1: Whoa! The dealership in Central Florida stated to me via email, after I requested a quote throught their site, that they do quotes only in person, at their dealership! Good luck with that as I am 300 miles away. STRIKE ONE!
Round 1addendum.....The STEALERSHIP in Central Florida told me they could sell me a "cheaper" and newer version of this bike for and additional $2,200 on top of their advertised price of $2,500!!!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!! I have not purchased a new bike for over a decade....I did not know how sad this situation is.
He just replied that if I have found one cheaper and that they would beat the price.....Wow, how awful! There is no such thing as truth in advertising. FAKE NEWS!
If you can actually find a dealership to sell for it $3200 OTD, it's definitely worth it. Online quotes are nearly impossible they want to add all the extra fees in person so you won't expose them. I paid $4200 and i think I could've done a little better but I purchased my Suzuki from them and they gave me a good deal so i,didn't mind what I paid for this one. Where are you located? I plan to keep exposing these dealerships.
If you dont like it I'll happily home it for you. I have 4 cfmoto bikes and they are amazing in my opinion. I have the 150nk the 300sr the 300nk and the 250nk
Wow, you really like cfmoto 💪
Thank you for the honest description. In this case it seems to just spend more and get a better bike
You're doing some really cool stuff over on your channel 💪 keep up the good work bro.
Did you use your warranty?
There's no fix for the clutch lever at this point.
Dunno bout the US but here in the UK the CFMoto NK300 is backed by KTM, who even build the engines!
💪 I believe CFMOTO & KTM have some type of relationship out here too.
Thanks for the heads up
💪💯
I can't believe people are out here buying this trash when you can get a low miles mint R3 for the same or even less.
🤣 💪💯
This guy might be lying because he is having issues with the dealer. So far the only review that hasn't praised this brands value, very suspicious.
The dealer i bought it from is great, i'm just not a sell out 🤣
NO, now I understood you are working for a competition or something, CFMOTO hasn't paid me even 1 cent, the bikes are really good, 3 years CFMOTO user 2 bikes, never had an issue stop the BS
Competition 🤣 what are you talking about 😂 You're funny. What country are you from?
@VinCode17 Yes, I saw you promote Suzuki the most. You must be paid by suzuki, or you have some interests, maybe you own a dealership something. 3 years 2 CFMOTO 20.000km not even 1 issue, the bikes are really good, and I haven't heard anyone to complain about issues you mentioned. Cyprus country ✌️
@MotoTrauma I'm not paid by any brand 😂. Suzuki has been the brand that I've been able to get deals on. The difference between my channel and others is that I don't care to be an ambassador for any brand and if I don't like something I purchased I can say I don't like it. If anything it sounds like you work for CFMOTO 🤣😂
@@MotoTrauma which CF Moto, is it that you own?
@VinCode17 Not, I am just the owner of my second motorcycle from CFMOTO, and I like it the most of any other motorcycle I owned in the last 7 years from any other brand, as it is one of a kind: reliability, weight to power ratio, design. You have a warranty for 2 years. Why don't you talk about that instead of making a complaint video?
650nk is far superior thats all bud, and i paid barely more than you paid for a 300nk. No complaints and i have had 2 hondas before it.
. Get a big boy bike and then complain.
😂 650nk is junk, too. I should get a big boy bike 😂 you think the 650nk is a big boy bike 🤣😂.
Maybe learning how to drive will help man😅
@@worldestateconsulting4263 😂 drive or ride 🤣 Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE 😂
I wish u would have kept your Ryker because your the reason I bought mine
💪 I miss it sometimes 🤣 but I'm having a blast on 2's for now. I'm definitely going to do 3 wheels again at some point. Ride Safe bro.
You too my guy
For that price is a good bike
💪💯🔥
probably you have problem and with bruce lee right???I believe its something else you dont like not this bike.Tell us the truth bro!!!the clutch its no big deal men right?plus we didnt hear any squeak or mirror blering
🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Guy dropped his bike and complains about squeeks
😂
Embarassing
This has to be one of the worst videos ive ever watched.
Thanks 😂
Embarrassed to try to sell it to anyone. lol. Yea. U better take the $1500 on the trade in value.
🤣 $1500 sounds like a deal 😂
Yeah i probably wont buy cf moto again. I got same bike.
If I can get it cheap enough, I'd buy another one as a beater. I wouldn't pay full price at all I can get a better brand at that point.
The app is dumb, total gimmick
The app SUCKS 💪
How so? It gives you alerts when people touch your bike, it tells you GPS where you bike is AT ALL TIMES. You can check your total trips and speed and miles, you can check gas mileage and you can also run a diagnostic check. So tell me again what about it sucks? You cant name anything you're just another hater who probably does not even own a CF Moto LMAO or you would know your comment is complete BS HAHA nice try but you're wrong af.
Good information. Should help someone out there from making a mistake.
Anyone that fix a rattle in the clutch lever with a rubber band I have a hard time paying attention to, you what that type of fix is called? Mickey Mouse 🐭 enough said!!😂
You paid enough attention to watch half the video 😂🤣. Enough said Mickey mouse 🤪
@@VinCode17I guess I missed something other that you calling the bike trash and junk till the very end! I’ve had over 40 bikes from 1930s NSU’s to Ariel’s, Bsa’s to every brand sold in the USA, moto guzy Ducati etc etc etc, vintage, classic and modern my last one a 2023 Kawasaki 636, I never called any of them trash, they all did what they supposed to do some did it better than others, I just got a cf moto nk 300 like yours today from a Honda and Yamaha dealer in El Dorado AR, and I love it, it’s light, fast for a 300, fit and finish is very good, it’s smooth and the tft display looks great, and I got 5 more bikes in my garage right now, plus this NK300 it’s basically a KTM Duke 390 with different plastics and some tweaks. Same frame, same suspension etc. CF Moto also produces KTM bikes in China and many parts used by name brands, just like Kymco(witch most americans would laughter at) in Taiwan produces engines and parts for BMW, Kawasaki and so on. You also say all good reviews are selling outs? I don’t think so, many the guys that praise this bike are also sponsor by name brand companies that they criticize often. I don’t think cf moto is paying them more than Honda/yamaha to push the product. I get all my bikes heavily discounted from MSRP in Arkansas, our dealers are awesome and you guys in Florida get raped by your dealers! So no wonder you’re pissed off.
