I live in Melbourne, Australia. I bought a Benelli TRK 502X new 18 months ago. I’ve done 117,000 km on this bike with little trouble. Yes, it’s heavy…but when you get caught in a crosswind, or buffeting caused by road trains you’re going to appreciate the stability of the bike. I do a yearly trip to far North Queensland, over 10,000km in 12 days, and the bike is awesome to ride. I get mine serviced every month at the dealership I bought it from and they just laugh when the check the km. It doesn’t have the “grin factor” that my Tiger Sport 660 has, but I can’t do 1000km + days on the Triumph either. Seat is really comfortable and butt only starts getting numb around 800km mark. Great bike for the money.

I'm feeling best bike brand vibes. Being from china I feel is the only thing holding it back. Which to me is awesome. Just means I get choices at discount prices.
      Haven't bought a bike yet.
But am looking at the 450 CLC, SRS and NK range for myself. But having no riding experience I'm torn between which styling is truly me.

The CFMoto 300 NK is one of the few good quality bikes that get to Latin America for accessible prices. Most Japanese brands don't bother comercializing models with ABS, full LED lights, and good displays on the lower end, except in a few countries.

There are some companies that are aware that Chinese products have a bad rap for being low quality. So they are making huge strides in quality by hiring engineers from reputable companies to improve their products. CFMoto has partnered with Japanese companies to make sure their products are of higher quality.

BMW, KTM, etc. I own a Benelli TRK 502X and I love it. A bit on the heavy side but it is also very stable. Has a great road presence that makes it safe. Car drivers actually see you. Also the dealership in Cyprus is amazing. I totally recommend it. I am not a new rider. Steel braided lines. 210mm Kayaba suspension with full adjustment at the rear the same 198mm with adjustment, 20l tank, fuel pump and ABS from Bosch and ABS can be turned off at the back or all. Two maps (eco and sport), on-board computer, tire pressure and temperature, navigation. Central stand, crash bars, crash pads and engine plate as standard, folding gearbox and set levers. USB and cigarette lighter socket 12v as standard. It drives very nicely, agile with a twist (for a motorcycle with only 48 HP). The gearbox is really great, works better than in many Japanese ones. Its younger brother 450cc, rode the Dakar which also says something. There is no problem with parts in Europe and there are also many dealers and the price is lower than the Honda NX500 which is without accessories. I am very happy and there are already motorcycles that have ridden 50k -80k km and do not behave differently than motorcycles from Japan. I think that a brand like Kove, cf moto, qj after making a reputation will be often seen on the roads in the States , there are already a lot of them in Europe... Sorry for my English but it is not my native language. Regards.

so I actually own a 700clx sport and I have to say; this bike is amazing, fun, reliable, and looks great. I've owned mine for abt 7-8 months now and it has treated me extremely well. I did have a unfortunate scenario happen just a month back though here a piece of metal was found in my long block just messing everything up so I had to get it replaced. so I had to do the break in period again but its running amazing now. with how cheap the bike is its so worth is adding on the gap insurance and getting the warranty to cover you aswell. as someone who got this bike for his first do i think its a good choice? yes absolutely, if you are looking for something thats in the budget of 6k or less with all the same tech as a 30k bike then i highly recommend it. as far as preformance goes though id say its a little slower than the mt07 and has less torque but still a great option!

After riding it just 30 kms, I was back at the dealer demanding my Monster back - while that Benelli was fast and powerful, the gearbox was complete garbage. Missed shifts with false neutrals, and absolutely impossible to find the real neutral when stopping. Even with the engine off, rocking the bike trying to find neutral was almost impossible. The dealer tried riding around the lot, and in two minutes agreed to take it back, refund my money, and return my Ducati. It cost a few bucks to unwind the paperwork, but it was worth it. I could say, most if not all good chinese bike recommended in this video, has lesser build quality than other Japanese, continental or even India built brands like Bajaj, KTM 390 and BMW 310.
The evidence at least to my eyes and personal testing on the bikes are shallower plastic fairings which feels light (the low quality light, not carbon like), signal stalks that break too soon (same issue as the fairings) and mechanical issue / assembly issue. Its kinda like you expect these kind of issues will happen to 3 or 4 years old bikes but it happen to 1 to 2 years old chinese bikes.
So depend on the pricing and your inclination to learn fixing a bike yourself, its still worth buying but there's also much more great option in used market from japanese bike although they're probably too boring. At lease bikes from Benelli has great sound especially those with parallel twin engine like Leoncino and TRK.

If I were to say I have a Benelli in Italy it's like "ok", however if I were to say I have a "ching chung chang" (any chinese name) the reaction would be negative and "what is that?" regardless of how good the motorcyle actually is. So it has to do with both the quality, but believe it or not, even just the name/brand behind it.

The Chinese made Harley is being used for their msf course at the Harley dealership I live next to in Omaha. They don't sell them but they are definitely using them as their training bikes.

@Kaitlyn Kenyon I can't speak to the quality of the bikes. The only way to get your hands on one is to take the MSF course. Don't want to do that again just for a parking lot ride.

    The TRK502 has a X variant
Spoked wheels. Aluminium cases(3pieces) and longer suspension for mild offroading
Like 600-700€ extra. Just for looks imo
Some dealers sell em with the X package for sub 6k
Heavy, yes. Fast, no. Good enough for most riders that want a long distance bike for cheap and new, yes
And some ppl want a that GS look

The CFMoto 450 SR will soon replace the Ninja 400, R3 and RC390. Really solid bike for cheaper than any of these mentioned above. It's not about the bike... It's about the rider... so why not sharpen your riding ability for a smidge of the price. Forget the labels.

Green light for the Leoncino. Owned and tortured before buying a Rebel, my definitive ride.
It’s in some way even better than the Rebel and it’s 100% reliable.
Issues: lights are WEAK if you ride at night, i would have loved better plastic on the tail, plastic on the arrow is real sh*it and tend to curve with heat and use
Other than that and some excess Kg, it’s GREAT

Took my license on a rebel 500, and recently bought the Leoncino and I will say the same in some ways it does actually feel better than the rebel. However, the rebel is still my definitive ride too (when i can afford one)

Benelli Tnt600 rider here. Got it last year as my first motorcycle, and other then the weight (just under 500 lbs) I have no complaints. Will probably get one more season before upgrading and turning into a spare/track bike.

Yea they do seem to be rare lol, which is why I’ll never get rid of it. I’m the only person in my area with one, and not a lot of naked bike riders around here, so it’s unique enough to turn heads. The exhaust note is pretty nice as well.

Benelli 600 and 302s are ridiculously heavy. Was going for the TNT 600 for first bike but the weight turned me off. Went with z650 instead.

I remember Benelli and Garelli from the 1976, when a friend owns a Benelli and I a Garelli. We bought it because of the pricing. Others were 3 times more expensive and upgrading to 50 cc, is a motor, was very easy. However....if you drove a day, next day you needed to check your bolts...it was possible your cycle fall apart 🤣🤣

They are crying in the corner, the strongest Chinese brand ever has been underestimated, which will take on a very large part of the market if it continues with this amazing power, for example their last adventure bike 703F It is a very powerful bike with a power of about 100 horsepower and more than 75 Nm of torque and a maximum speed of more than 230 km per hour. This bike is superior to all bikes in its class. In terms of strength In terms of equipment, with front and rear cameras, blind spot warnings, a 7-inch screen that contains the Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and many more wonderful technologies.

I own a Benelli TNT249S 3 years now and albeit being on the heavy side at 200kgs wet weight, the ride is very pleasant. Not fast for a 250 but then again it's a naked bike
