I just heard this for the first time and then played it like 20 times in a row. This song is insane. The video is damn near exactly what I expected too. This is the !@#4.
Driving home after a rough day, evening sun cutting through an atmosphere thick with the day's dramas... that's what this song feels like to me...one of their best.
I'd like to sweep through the landscape late at night in a Chevrolet Corvette enjoying "Under the Pressure", "Baby Missiles" and "Your Love Is Calling My Name."
The Corvette - produced in Bowling Green, KY - is the American fighter pilots favorite sports car.
I can understand why, but unfortunately I don't have a 'Vette (my neighbor, though, lucky guy - has one)
Slave Ambient, the album this is taken from, is a real gem.
It's honestly like Bruce Springsteen in his punk phase, high on speed.
And it's awesome lol

Not to sound like a hipster AT ALL, but I knew this song before it was on Skins...
I was so proud when I heard it in the first episode of the new series, took me completely by surprise! It's especially personal to me because until summer last year (when I finished school and my whole teenage life there) I lived in Rome, where some of the video shots are from (the Colosseum, the Forum, the "centurions" etc, all familiar sights) so yeah, there you go, spilled my guts all over youtube :D x
