These round watches are way more attractive than the rounded square counterparts.

@@amorerobinson4140 Same. However I think I am going to buy an Apple Watch SE Nike. I really like the round design of the Samsung watch, but since I have an iPhone it’s just more convenient to have an Apple Watch. I also really like all the Apple Watch features.

As an owner of this watch, I can say that it's really comfortable, it has everything you will need, but the only negative thing, is that I don't have a Samsung phone, so it was quite hard to set everything up.
But in general, I love this watch 🥰

I have smaller wrists and got the black version of the 40 mm last summer. After having it for almost a year, I have absolutely loved it! Such a great companion for my Galaxy S10 plus.
Got my Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 in 44mm pink too and love it 😍
I like that it allows to reply to sms messages and WhatsApp’s messages. You can also make phone calls 😊👍🏻
Do you need a data plan on it?

I got mine 3 months ago in the sz 40mm rose gold pink and it connect seamlessly with my note 10+. Loving every bit of it, I use alot to make phone calls and couldn't be more happier.

Hey Ella, I think you can use the bezel on the watch to navigate... You can just move your finger in a circular motion around the bezel to navigate....

I bought the galaxy watch active 1 and prior to a certain update it didn’t have the bezel touch feature and was so envious of the active 2 owners, but I was surpsied that they actually included the bezel touch feature in an update which was really nice. :)
That's how I felt too. But we deserve an update soooo Galaxy Watch 4!
Girl the black bezel is a digital crown you can swipe around the black bezel to navigate which will keep the scre clean and it feels cool to use.

I didn't think I'd like a smart watch as much as I do until I got the Active 2. It's especially been extremely helpful with my exercise
I had the opposite problem when I got mine. I had to buy bigger straps because it wouldn't fit my wrist without cutting circulation

I'm pretty sure the smaller 40mm watch comes with a smaller strap, so if you have a small wrist, get the small watch

Tıp: the bezel of the watch can be used like the rotating bezel of Galaxy Wacth (not active) but this one is a digital version of it. Turn your finger around the bezel and you can navigate through apps in app menu and I guess the other menus too.
Yes! Was just gonna comment this exact thing. It's really awesome to use and she should read this comment! The watch should actually teach this on the first tutorial

So ... You mentioned the Alarm. You can't see what alarms you have scheduled on your phone from your watch, but when the alarm I have scheduled on my phone goes off, it also goes off on my watch too. 👌 So, you will get notified on both.
I have had mine for 6 months and SUPER happy with it. I use the Find My Phone app quite often. Since my oldest was a baby, my phone is on vibrate 95% of the time. So, if I misplaced it, having someone call me to locate it is nearly pointless. However, if I utilize the Find My Phone feature, it will make my phone ring, regardless if it's on vibrate! 🙌 Jackpot!
yes you are right about the alarm haha! It's that when I set an alarm on my watch, only my watch goes off and not my phone. I misspoke 🙊

The cable included is Type A to Type C, which is just fine because you won't be using the 25W charger to charge it (unless you are really rich and don't mind about it). It only requires less than 5V1A, so basically you can toss it to any type A port, it will charge the watch just nice.
I have very small wrist but also got the 44mm, I bought another band for it.
You can sync the photo gallery in the Wearable app settings, but I won't do it because it may take up a lot space in the watch. For alarm, just set it in your phone, your watch will ring together.

I didn't realize that you got the watch active 2 in 2021. I gotta say that this is a cool and probably enough. I wish I had one as well.

I am rocking Samsung S21 Ultra, Active Watch 2, and buds+ the BTS edition!
I have never had a smart watch and my watches have been the Radio Controlled watches for precise time. I am now looking at buying a smart watch, which will obviously do the same thing in correct time. I like to wear my watch 24/7 even in a shower or really hot bath. The Samsung Active 2 says water resistant to 50 meters, is this so and is it okay used in a hot bath???? People also state that you NEED to use water rejection on the watch and not sure why if states 50m water resistant. If you have covered this, I apologize but love my Samsung S20+ phone and want a Samsung watch but have limited funds. Help and advice much appreciated.
PS.. Will probably not use the watch for calling or texting etc.

The gallery app syncs w/your phone, you can do it thru the galaxy wearable app.
PS: Thank god you were on my recommended a few weeks back, im obsessed w/your quality content channel!
The watch IS synced to the phone alarms its just you cant control the phone alarms on your watch. When the alarm goes off, it does also go off on your watch(which is kind of annoying in the morning to be honest but I guess all wake up alarms are)and you have the option to dismiss and snooze phone alarms via the watch. Theres really no need to set up individual alarms on your watch unless you are away from your phone.
along with my samsung s21 i bought the samsung active 1. It came with an extra large bracelet. Maybe yours will come too ...

You can send photos from your Samsung to the watch. I done that on my active 2.
You can change the watch band so if that watch bands too big for you you can get one that fits you. Idk if Samsung sells their own watch bands like Apple does but you can get some cute ones from Amazon

Have you enabled the touch bezel yet? It makes it even smoother to navigate the ui! It's basically the digital version of a rotating bezel. But congrats on the new watch!

And I definitely feel you on matching your phone; I got the Galaxy Watch3 in Mystic Bronze along with the Galaxy Buds Live in Mystic Bronze...the only thing left to get (the *_512GB_* Note20 Ultra) is sadly little more than an urban legend at this point.
I turned the Always On Display OFF, that thing eats battery like candy.
Your watch should sync alarms with your phone. Like let's say your alarm goes off on your phone will watch will hear it too and u can swipe to turn off
I really wanna get one! I have the FitBit Charge 4, but I have had so many problems with it.
You can sync any photo folder to your watch in the Wearable app.
I'm getting mines soon so excited 😆.

The Galaxy Watch Active 2 has a digital bezel. All you have to do is swipe around the black part. I don't know if its on the American version tho.
You really, really should have got the 40mm version. The wrist strap will also be smaller. Great watch, but think you'd enjoy a more appropriate size.
I want to buy this Watch, currently i wear Apple series 7 40mm I wanted to get the Samsung active to mix and match, i’m wondering why did you go for the 44 mm instead of the 40? Your advice is highly appreciate it thanks!!

tbh with your wrist size/circumfence you should wear a smaller watch. the smaller version might even come with a shorter wrist band to fit smaller wrists.

Probs in the next video you could test out the accuracy of its activity tracker with high location accuracy on.
I found it to be tad bit unreliable, where it understates distance covered, and overstate V02max when compared to my garmin (to name a few).
I'm planning on buying this watch but then the 40 mm! I will also use my student discount for it haha. As this will be my first smart watch as well I'm very excited.

haha thanks :) since its a chrome extension, you can actually find the source code using a kinda complicated method (but it's easy if you just google the steps)

I got this watch a month ago and I LOVE IT, I completely switched from Apple and gave my apple watch to my mother, but I am very happy nonetheless with my Samsung watch
If you don’t mind.. (Since you have used the Apple watch) Why do you prefer Samsung watch to Apple watch? I am still not sure which one to get so any input on the matter is much appreciated.
@@AdiAfzalAhmad to me, they both have similar features, and the apple watch did have a nicer look and system but I mostly use smart watches for fitness, steps and overall health. They both do basic things, like text/call, workouts, apps, but one good thing that makes Samsung worth the money is you can use it with any phone, Apple, Google, etc. They're both really good watches but I lean more with the Samsung.

I have the watch and the same phone you have, you should be able to sync your alarm. Mine is and when my alarm goes off I can snooze or turn the alarm off using my watch. Good video though 👍
yes I did misspeak in the video. When I set an alarm on my watch, only my watch goes off and not my phone. But when I set an alarm on my phone, both go off
Every samsung galaxy user remember to instal good lock on the galaxy Store
If not good lock not working in your country, then instal nice lock on the play store and then instal the different models on (APK)
