I have an idea. Buy a plastic/transparent strap. Then wear the watch on the inside of your wrist. It’s less visible than a solid colour strap. I would still wear long sleeves just in case. Also, you can just remove the straps completely and hide the tiny screen in a pen case or something (if allowed on your desk)

In that case you will have dark background. Try to copy your text in a text document 📃 and then from there just past it in your mail. PS. Try typing your text in the mail app and you will get 100% black background ;) I hope you got the idea 💡
In the exams where smart watches are allowed this trick can work. But i suggest you to use the watch eithout the bands just the watch like a tiny mobile phone. Idk about apple watches but my android watch csn be operated without the band too. You have to keep the watch in your palm and hold it in such manner that the teacher cannot see that. If the teachers caughts you , you need to have a buddy that you can toss the watch to him or her or in worst situation you can even put it in your pants!. This tircks works but generally old teachers and professors dont really know about smart watches so you dont need to worry about them and thia video can work fine for them but for smart teachers my trick can works. Dont be afraid to open and cheat do it confidently you know you're screwed if you dont put effort now you may fail this year and you dont want that just because you didn't enough courage to cheat from a watch. You're gonna fail in any ways might as well try to not to fail.

once your email sent to your mailbox it will be stored locally on your mail app on the watch. But you will not be able to use web browser if your iPhone or watch are not connected to the internet :)

What I did back in the days: I just divided topics and send to my e-mail as separate e-mails in chronological order. So you can easily search it in our mailbox directly on the watch :)
Yea sometimes I wish I had cellular because the Bluetooth doesn’t work far away if they make you put the phone in a box. School WiFi worked for my series 3 but never for the 7
