I can't believe Slippy does not die after the butterfly enemy fighter is chasing him, but it is rarely in Area 6, but his health meter is down to only 10% remaining. Maybe Slippy is brave just like his teammate, Falco who can sometimes escape and fight back.

The games are the same, but this version is easier than the DS version. It also has better voice acting. Unfortunately we don't see any video with the expert mode played. If would have been easier to defeat Andross if you shot his eyes. He can't do anything then, because he's desorientated, which gives you a short time to shoot his hands. Also, when you're fighting the 'real' Andross and after you shot down the two eyes with electric beams, try to keep enough distance to him. Attack him from the front and, exactly at the moment he teleports, make a U-turn. Andross always teleports to a location somewhere behind you, and when you make your U-turn, he still has his rear towards you. That's how I defeat him pretty quickly.
Liberal Decay 3DS has 4 modes, 3DS mode that's more optimized for the gyro controls and easier. N64 mode that plays just like the original, 3DS expert mode which is harder, and N64 expert mode which plays like the Original's expert mode

Pretty sure the 3ds game is the same difficulty, but there's also an easier 3ds specific mode.

I thought there was only one expert mode. I just checked the cheat section of gamefaqs and it confirms only one expert mode.
