It's good how you remind your subscribers that these outfits are for INSPIRATION. Use the video to put things together that are right for your body type and budget. I see so many asking if Erin can use plus size models or complaining that she uses pieces that are too expensive. Such great ideas and so practical, Erin! So question: it gets cold here in Ohio and I’m wondering what to wear over those 3 layers when going out! It’s awfully bulky to wear a coat over a blazer, for instance, or if 3rd layer is a long cardigan, how to style a coat over it? I’m always freezing! Wish I could just wear the 3 layers! Thanks!

Thx for validating me! I actually broke down and wore my brown booties (only black boots I have are knee length and still lil too warm for that) with black last WK! I thot no I can't! But I did and just grabbed a bag with some brown and I loved it! I really need some toppers to go with my basics -- seems like I grab my denim jacket for just about everything -- love it with dresses and skirts even for church. TFS and making the point that we don't hafta get exactly same items you have -- it's for inspiration! There are plenty of affordable options out there!

Great Video Erin............... I like how you address how a lot of us are having to modify our wardrobe due to covid (zoom) and shopping overall is more difficult now too as a result!
For years I debated on the Burberry trench, travelling extensively in Europe I've always took notice of how awesome they look and typically anyone wearing one looked effortlessly so put together. sigh... I am not travelling now and I know there's more affordable ways to get the same look. I appreciate you doing the test drive and writing the honest review. Maybe VB will come out with another version of the one you have. I love my VB scuba blazer that you recommended and the cut of that is amazing. The cost per wear of that blazer has been incredible using the zip ins.

This helps a lot as I have trouble thinking of more than a few outfits lol. Also I have some sweaters I now know how to wear!! Yay!! And I am slowly figuring out the footwear situation as I live in Alaska. It is commonly wet or just cold here in the winter. We live in Uggs, Dansko clogs, and sneakers.
I have to say, fashion is not my favorite, ( I am more into skincare and makeup) but you are making this easier for me. Thank you!! I am also 5'11" tall, and plus size in some things, but I do have a large frame. 54 years old. When I wear a 14 I look slender to give you an idea.
