    Thanks! Wow, I am new to carving stone with a rotary tool and this is awesome. I love seeing how make holes and cut the stone almost like cutting through butter with a hot knife. Obviously not that easy but, yes, I am looking into a trick I learned by drilling a hole into a 2-liter bottle. The water streams out enough that we can all use it when stone/glass carving to keep our diamond bits from overheating. Great video, btw!

  • @omikronweapon
    @omikronweapon 11 месяцев назад +1

    The one thing I dislike about the dremel attachment is the lack of controls on it. iirc there's no speed control or even an on/off switch.
    I guess I get the point about gloves catching on the blade, but I still feel I'd prefer to clamp either the stone or the tool. Wet slippery stone doesn't seem like a stable thing to handle
    Perhaps I'm wrong. Either way, this video has given me an interesting suggestion for a project I'm considering. I would have never thought to use my dremel to carve stone.

      Si trabajas con puntas de diamantes en piedra si es recomendable sino vas a malograr tus puntas. Debes usar el eje flexible que es únicamente mecánico ahí no pasa corriente, el motor lo cuelgas en un lugar seco. Es como usar un mixer de sopa, el brazo que es mecánico va en el líquido y el motor con corriente está afuera.

    I’m watching this video because I said to my wife that I wanted to carve some cool symbols stone with the Dremel (only used wood before), and use it as photography props for our business we’re starting.
    She said remember if you do that you have to do it under running water. So obviously I was like “oh ok” but I didn’t really completely believe her, because it was just a Dremel . So naturally I went straight to RUclips to see if it was true and this is the first video I pulled up. Sadly I can’t prove her wrong. So **** you. Just kidding. 😂
