The aftermath is a 4"D x 10"L divot..🤔. You all have seen it.. each one of these lies can be De@th Nails for Handicap Golfers. Thank you Michele. Finally; each shot you mentioned; "Don't try and hit it hard". That advice is paramount. Trying to pound a tricky lie, usually ends with worse situation. Don't ask me why I know this
These course tips are spot on. esp the concept of more lofted clubs produce more draw above the feet. However, I prefer to play downhill shots focusing on my hips being level and pivoting around my lead leg.. Ball position for downhill: I tend to play the ball back of center, it also creates more check spin. Conversely, positioning the ball center or up in the stance creates release for me upon landing -- If you want a high spinning shot from there.. i recommend a bunker shot / flop swing and picking it off clean if you have good skill / ability. I would also anticipate / factor in a 15% increase in the downswing speed due to gravity, depending on the steepness.. Btw, This is my 1st comment. Your videos contributed my previous four rounds being under par! "Shoot Low with Low"..lol. It is good to learn from professionals, but you are a born charismatic golf teacher! Solid skills & I Adore the accent2 🏌️♀️🏌️♂️🔥 Thank you, Michelle
As always the psychological aspect is on point. the little mental side notes, naturally let you do other things right without the mental stress!!!My favorite part of your teachings! When I play with high handicaps (my friends low 100’s) and shot conversions about my slope, ⬆️⬇️◀️🔼 are short lived. “Just hit it hard” ...smh😑. I have to rely on myself as I should. I’m already feeling like breaking 85...80 is a few mental errors away! One shot at a time. Greatly valued and appreciated!
