It depends on what I'm drilling into. For an old cinderblock wall I prefer using lags and shields and for a poured concrete wall the tapcons work great. The M18 SDS Plus is a more professional cordless tool and I love to use whenever I can. The M12 drill set here also works incredibly well. The Milwaukee vacuum attachments you used in the video are also very helpful in reducing cleanup time. Great video Mark! Btw... are you any good at Ping Pong? :D
Some good points you made there, Ron. I'm also a fan of the M18 SDS Plus with the 4-cutter bits for poured walls. When it comes to ping pong, I'm decent. My son bought a robot ball machine that I should practice with more often.
@@MarkThomasBuilder I know Mark we can always come up with an excuse to buy a new tool. By the way what hammer do you use ?? I have been looking up Martinez , and titanium stiletto. Thanks Darren
I hear good things about Martinez but haven't tried one out yet. I like the Stiletto Titanium Mini 14 with a straight handle. I don't think I'd want to switch from it.
The tools you like to "use" were recently unboxed in the previous *amateur* RUclips video.... seriously, everything is brand new. You haven't used any of it! 💩
Those are ladies tools. Real men only uses 18 fuel... he doesn't even know how to use that set, the whole point of the drill set is that you can use it without having to take out the drill bit... and this guy is switching tools, he is an idiot.
What type of wall anchors do you prefer? Tapcons, plastic sleeves, Red Heads? Do you use adhesive with it?
Hi, I use in full curate concrete in Puerto Rico and work perfect, i just add a #2 & #3 phillips same brand. Nice setup
It was great my friend. I enjoyed . What a good drill and screwdriver. Thankful👏👏👍👍
Thanks my friend, glad you enjoyed it!

Whats the laser tool you used to line everything up?
That's the M12 3-plane laser. I reviewed it on my channel. An awesome tool!
@@MarkThomasBuilder thanks so much!! Gotta look into it
HD has the gen3 m12 hammer & impact with charger,2amp,4amp+ free 5amp $219
Nice deal! I find myself using the M12s as my first choice for all my projects. Plenty of power!

I’ll stick to my 20 volt dewalt sds for concrete. That thing almost drills too fast.
Great video !!thanks
You bet! Thanks, Michael.
