- A few weeks ago I installed two products on my Nismo RS Juke.
GTM Cold Air Intake
2J Racing Oil Catch Can
This is the vlog of installing these two products. This video is very very detailed and could be simplified greatly.
Since I got the intake used I needed to do some modifications to make it fit correctly. So that was a good learning experience.
The intake noises are certainly much more fun now! It kinda makes the car for me to get to hear the turbo. It is all the fun a small turbo car should be now!
Song is "This is how you feel" by the artist Loote. Go look them up!
You dont see this style of youtube videos as much anymore. Im glad to see it, makes me wonder if a short ram maybe ok too?
In my honest opinion, the short ram intake would be perfectly fine. Of course it is less "good" but if all you want to hear is the turbo noises, then it will do the job. None of us are out here building mega high horsepower cars where the difference between a hot air intake and cold air intake really matters that much. It is mostly for fun and to get some intake noise.
LOL I have my fender flairs Gorilla clued to the car on the drive side LOL.. But anyway great job for used parts that I don't even think are really for that car... Seriously Great job. You took it further than I would have.. I would have put the Old stuff back on once I saw the piping was way off like that...
Die Schlitze sind offen bei der CVT 4WD Variante, auch vorne unter dem Tagfahrlicht ist offen links, da sitzt der Getriebeölkühler!
Hi. Tnx from Lithuania
OH Yeah some advise I clean out my catch can once a week with brake cleaner.. Just draining it from the bottom isn't enough to keep it clean the way you would want, anyway..
I need to learn how to video edit.. I am going to be making some go pro video's of the Mustang from Inside and outside of the car.. I kept my Juke and drive her to work as my daily.. And The Mustang is my weekend fun car now..
Those cold air Intakes are more trouble than they are worth..
Yeah it’s more of a labor of love to be honest. This ended up being a large endeavor. And then I ended up undoing it in about a month and selling the car 😂
@@konradchristen Yeah people think I'm crazy for dumping money into a Juke.. I can't afford an STI, and this gives me as hobby..
Hi ! Do you still have the Juke ? seems like this was the last upload on it
Unfortunately I do not. I ended up selling it and getting into a C5 S6 Avant. And then selling that too!
Wish I knew what to do about the heat Blankets, Because I have been looking to do a Catch can my self. But it looks like that intake is for possibly a Turbo Sentra, Not sure but good job for having no one to hold camera and to help.. I do know that the Ingen intakes fit way better and are easier to install. But Good job I need to start recording my Upgrades on video somehow, I've done a few small ones..
Yeah I’m 95% sure it is the GTM intake for a Juke. But who knows, the previous owner had no idea and just threw me the box of parts. Thanks for the compliment!
@@konradchristen NP it's rare to find Good Juke Videos.. There was only like 2 guy's Making serious vid's and doing serious work as well on them..
@@marcasswellbmd6922 that is why I tried to make these. I felt like I couldn't find a lot of videos on it so I'd try and make them while I did some stuff.
Yes we Juke owners have been scouring the internet for info, the best spot for me are the forums, but the videos and other sources are much more rare.
hi feom where u geting all them parts u told from guy who bought feom another guy
