Awesome result! Congrats 😊 I have a 20 gallon pond outdoors all year that I breed snails in for my many puffers. Not too fancy but unless you look closley, you can't tell its only snails and no fish.
Started a planter on my porch this summer with a few white clouds. I want to do rice fish next year. I’m in central NC. Would love to chat about your experience this summer and if you think they’d live over the winter outside.
Very cool, they will be one of my projects for outside next year. I currently have a 100 gallon stock pond with hundreds of guppies. Like you I only started with a small amount. I enjoyed your journey 😁👍
Yes, I would! But those darn frogs...I probably had thousands of eggs and hundreds of tadpoles. Maybe I can get a screen that won't let the frogs in but will let mosquitoes in...
Super cool! I’m planning to setup my own outdoor guppy tub next year, after I’ve stabilized a true breeding line.
Nice! You'll have hundreds in no time!

That's awesome. My outdoor tub is just full of snails now that I took out the rice fish. I want to try a type of tetra or barb next summer

Nice! Good luck! Next summer I am thinking about tetras or barbs. But I have all fall and winter to decide!
I'd leave the screen off next year as well. Wouldn't you rather have the constant live food versus having more fry?

@@thedirtytank Lord knows mosquitos can get through screens!
