If you're only 70 today you need to be managing your eating and exercise today with every expectation of being dancing like this lady when you're 90 and when you're 100. At 70 you're not "old", for crying out loud.
Who says that older people are just interested in the past and are not open to changes? This woman is a very good example of the opposite. I suspect that she has a more open mind than some adolescents! One can only admire that lady with her flexible, young mind and body! 👏👍
"Gadi Biton" was listed as the choreographer for the Gipsy Kings - so I went to youtube to ask for the dance reel, that's how I ended up under this video - as I watched the dancers, I wondered, "Which one is Gadi?" That immediately became obvious.
