It's much better to have a good board certified plastic surgeon to perform a simple facelift to you than add an unmeasurable amount of fillers, bottox and other crap on your face and end up looking like an alien or a duck done by shady cosmetologists. Facelifts doesn't change the face, it just makes you look younger.
