Mam my B1/B2 visa is to expired this August 2024, I intend to renew it without interview, however I have application as immigrant but I wish to be with my grandaughter on October this year, can I expect the renewal of my visa be approved? It’s up to you if you wanted to renew it. Most likely, it will be approved if you answered yes to all eligibility questions.

Having a return ticket is NOT considered having strong ties. You need to have bank accounts, properties, etc.
