Pella window is The silliest thing is they assemble the windows with the intention of... Nobody fixes them and if you want to fix them you have to buy it and they sell fabric in $1700. so you can fix what you broke... I don't recommend it
Not worth the money people want to pay… here in LA this would be a $500-600 job , and that’s for vinyl frames or metal… pretty much anything but pella or milgard… people are too picky and not worth the head ache if it’s a pella window

Glass size was 24”x24”
I just got quoted 160 for 27x 28 Memphis tn
