Can someone answer a question for me? My husband had this put on his 2014 Mazda 3 grand touring hatchback last year and now he is getting a 2021 Mazda CX-5 grand touring. We are wanting to take the remote start out of the Mazda 3 and put it in the CX-5 and was wondering if it was compatible and how hard it would be to take out and put in the new car. We bought this system at Best Buy last year on Black Friday. But we're not sure someone said the CX-5 could have a remote start to download the Mazda connect app and put in the Vin to see the dealer wasn't sure they just got the car in but if it does it's a subscription service and he doesn't really want to pay.
