Setting the face - a final smile?

In this video Tracy described how she sets the face in the mortuary and answers a question about whether or not she could make a deceased 'smile'. Families generally benefit at the viewing or service from seeing the peaceful look that a mortician gives the deceased to overshadow any traumatic images of their relative with a pained expression in death. Most people wouldn't know what goes in to achieving this look - it's not quite as straightforward as you may think...
