8:33 - This is true for me. Maybe it's because Ne wants to try new things, while forcing Si to stick to a task is one thing. But what if we use "reverse brainstorming" with Ne, It means deliberately doing our task in a completely messy way-exactly how it shouldn't be. Then, we take a 5-minute break with coffee or tea, and when we return to our work, we see a lot of problems and errors. That’s when Ti comes into play; it won’t rest until it fixes everything, turning all the errors into solutions. It’s like making a crappy website and then spending the whole day fixing it.

As an INTP, I spend all my time thinking and very little time producing content. It feels like a fundamental tradeoff, because being productive lowers my mental plasticity and clarity. I suppose eventually one has to switch over. The INTP niche in the division of labor is for basic research, radical discoveries, truly inspired deep insights rather than being implementation focused, but of course some implementation is necessary because otherwise no one else in the societal division of labor can understand them.

Implementation is not difficult for an INTP when working alone as a freelancer. You choose where to go. Deep insights are just a flake of Ne, but Ti is more hands-on than you think. When we perform detailed analysis on features, we gain a deep understanding of causality and the interconnected relationships between variables. We notice patterns that help us build the best machine learning models.
AI models also learn by adjusting their weights and biases until they find patterns to identify specific things with minimal error. So, When we build model that mimic our internal framework on a larger scale with better precision with real data, it means we’ve translated our thoughts into actionable models. These models can then be implemented in web or mobile apps as features, helping to solve real-world problems and minimizing human effort. This is why Kaggle competitions often offer prizes ranging from $50k to $2M for winners who create the best models to solve practical challenges.
Implementation always involves Te ("what should work for everyone") or Fe ("what everyone loves") because it should serve the tribe. Only then can we truly call it implementation, right? Te and Fe are more tribe-focused, which is why they are often able to implement things faster.
When implementing solutions Te focuses on creating systems that work for everyone, such as schools. But do schools and their systems truly work for everyone? The answer is often "no," and Fe focuses on creating communities and communism do they work for everyone? The answer is "no". that’s why these systems frequently fail to address problems comprehensively. they might sweep flaws under the rug, we uncover the rug and fix the root cause. it is impractical from their prespetive because it did't work for them with their traditional methods assuming if they can't fix it means no one can
On the other hand, Ti looks for "what works for them." Since we mostly work with things or problems, the solutions we design inherently work for everyone cuz, things are constant. Others can use tools or models created from our thoughts without needing to understand the complexity behind the internal systems. For example, computers, mobile devices, and most of the technical advancements we see in day-to-day life were likely designed by INTPs or ISTPs with their dominant Ti.
Ti always works practically with things-this is the practicality I know. But in the real world, practicality means whether it works for the tribe. This is why ISTPs are naturally good with things like crafting, cooking, or working out in the gym or Precisely creating a dite plan, while INTPs good in areas like computer programming and other things. ISTPs follow physics with Se (extroverted sensing), while INTPs follow metaphysics with Ne (extroverted intuition).
For example, if Te creates systems like traditional schools, an INTP would likely design a kindergarten-style school or something resembling a library (flexible yet structured) or separate systems tailored to different learning types. While these ideas may initially seem impractical, they could become feasible if everyone believed in them. However, we often lack influence over the tribe because we’ve abandoned it to focus on solving one core problem. Meanwhile, everyone else adjusts and moves on, content with the existing system.
on another example istp could create a better nutrition dite plan tailored to specific individuals by considring their medical conditions and their ditery needs precisely. where Te use simple BMI index and thinks it should work for everyone and just implement it. In this case, ISTPs can implement more effective solutions than Te.
Ti approach to implementation involves Fe (extroverted feeling). We aim to create things that resonate with people by considering what they love and how it actually works for them instead of forcing rigid methods like Te does. While Ti implemention is slower than Te, it directly addresses the underlying issues and builds multiple internal systems individually for everyone, rather than one external system with flaws. Ti is precise and time-consuming, but when it is successfully implemented, it results in innovation.

@@chaitanya7964 I think I see something now. I need to take the system that worked for me, that I built in my mind, and teach it to others.
