I truly adore Kirsten Dunst. And I truly admire her high spirits on what it takes to act and live a well-balanced life and cure depression, just like how we learned from Tony Dow.
I really admire Kirsten. The way she seems so at ease with and confident in her lifestyle is refreshing. And her performance in Power of the Dog is exquisite
I’ve loved Kirsten since Bring It On. She chooses such dynamic roles and has such a healthy relationship with her work and fame. I’m excited to see this.
I like that she literally did any kinf of roles during her career: blockbusters like Spiderman, art movies like Melancholy and romcoms like Bring it on.... She has range! Glad she got finally nominated for an Oscar!
Bravo! I'm happy for her! She survived the industry and has become a beautiful grown woman. Sadly, too many child actors and many adults do Not survive the industry. So, yes, Bravo to Her!!❣
Love her! Wish her and her family the best. She has truly evolved into a truly wonderful actor. If Oscars don’t come calling, shame on them. Her performance was so beautiful and subtle matched by Cumberbatch’s powerful performance. As a fellow Texan, yay! Austin is a great city to raise kids.
I've been a fan of Kirsten Dunst since 'Interview With A Vampire' (which she was was GROSSLY robbed of an Oscar nomination). She is always excellent. I highly recommend 'The Power of The Dog'. The performances are extraordinary.
Omg hearing Kiki talk was so soothing. She sounds truly honest and humble. Just comparing her presence with the likes of madonna or Mariah makes me appreciate celebrities like kirsten dunst way more.
It’s virtually a wrap that she will be nominated and win her first Oscar for this film! 🎞 🙏 And I can’t believe how fast 💨 time flies-from child actress to middle age practically overnight😩❤️🙏 And Kristen now is looking a lot like an amalgamation of 60’s Hollywood ingenues Diana Varsi, Carol Lynley and Yvette Mimieux!
I saw Power of the Dog twice. Had to watch it twice to figure out what I missed the first go round. Fascinating movie, especially if you don't mind slow and subtle. Had no idea that Dunst was partnered with Plemons. Two powerful, talented actors. Impressive. I'm glad she sounds more grounded than ever. This is important in show business.
Kirsten dunst has come so far from the vampiric youth in, "Interview with a Vampire", the ingenue in "Spider-Man". And the beautiful middle-aged woman she has become.
Seeing her in the candid shots in Austin wearing the dark Ray-Ban shades, Kirsten really would make an excellent Debbie Harry if that biopic ever happened.
She has always been good. Seems like a nice person as well. I loved her in 'Elizabethville'. Best wishes for a long & happy life with her husband & children. 🥰🌹
I’m so proud of her! I can’t wait to watch this movie. There’s always been something quite special about her and her performances. There’s an ocean of emotion behind those eyes and is just so captivating to watch on film.
From "Bring It On", to this potential masterwork, you have to respect Ms. Dunst and her work ethic. May she finally get the success she so richly deserves. #CBSSundayMorning #YayForThePower!!! #YayForMsKirstenDunst!!! #PleasingIsSoHard!!! #ShellPlayAgain.
From one New Jersey Shore girl to another, we are proud of you Kirsten. You represent the real people who live and grow up at the Shore. Not the New Yorkers who come down and take over. Great job on your film.🤚🤚🤚💕
A life well lived has many components ....not just one....and.Kirsten Dunst would be just fine if she wanted to put acting on hold and do something else. Pigeon-holing a life is spirit crushing.
I find her to be so charming. I'm not much younger than her so I always enjoyed her films growing up. It's really sweet to see how happy she is in her life. Wishing her all the best.
I just have to say in a movie about Jim Gaffigan the actor Jesse Plemons can play him. In fact I thought Jim Gaffigan was Jesse Plemons until this episode.
I enjoyed this. BUT...I thought her performance in Mona Lisa smile was epic...how did that get missed in this otherwise very good synopsis of her career trajectory leading up to Power Of The Dog?! Hmmm...
Netflix don’t care if they did good or in theaters. It’s a streaming behemoth. Look at The Irishmen it’s one of the most Netflix produced films yet didn’t quiet good in theaters, it went straight to their streaming.

She deserves an Oscar nomination this year! Actually, she deserves to win! She gave one of the best performances of the year!
No mention of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? I’m really rooting for her. I think she’s an incredible talent.
That is done by actress Kate Winslet, not Kirsten Dunst.
@@hs2tablet949, she is also in that movie.
Acting at 5:50 is heartbreaking. I love how her eyes are scanning for someone to reassure her.
"Crazy Beautiful" is still one of my favs. "Power of the Dog" was excellent as well!
such an underrated movie that one, and one of her best performances
I really, really hope she wins! What a career she's had, done a bit of everything and done it well. Come on, Oscar!
She was also in Melancholia, 1 of my favs.
Yeah that one god that was intense
The first Spiderman is like a cornerstone in film history. It's so much more than just a superhero movie.
I really like her, she seems so grounded, in that industry is a rare quality
Her performance in The Power of the Dog is so amazing. She makes you feel so many emotions for her character, which she plays so so well.
Where did you see it
I can’t wait to watch the movie. She seems like a very beautiful and down to earth woman. God bless her and her family

Kirsten Dunst is talented she is alway so captivating in her roles you can’t take your eyes off her she such a wonderful person 🤩
Marie Antoinette was also one of her greatest roles portraying a real women.
It was actually quite a boring, typically Sofia Coppola navel-gazing movie. Her just lounging and smoking hash...
@@steveconn it's definitely one of my favorite movies if not my most favorite movie.

Her name AND the name Jane Campion....holy heck...POWERFUL duo here!
I lost my second virginity watching Spider-Man in the movie theater. I’ll never forget it and will always love her too

39! So young!!! Melancholia!!! Carry on young lady. Thank you… 🥂
Kirsten dunst has come so far from the vampiric youth in, "Interview with a Vampire", the ingenue in "Spider-Man". And the beautiful middle-aged woman she has become.
She's not even 40 yet! I know she is older than her partner but she's not middle-aged.....except by Hollywood standards.....
@@annabellevy3388 yeah I object to that. I’m 37 and don’t class myself as “middle aged “ at all. My mom said middle age is 45-50 and I stand by that!!
What an insult lol
Wonderful performances in her past and I believe there are even greater things ahead.
And she just got nominated for an oscar and I got the feeling she will take it home!

Mona Lisa Smile. 💙
Was she nominated for Melancholia? I personally thought she was fantastic in that film.
i think she's the villain in the power of the dog
Melancholia
Wow I feel old
Wish she had made a cameo in No Way Home. The missing element
(Jesse Plemons. Huh. Just don't get it...).

The ORIGINAL #Spiderman !
They spent $30-40 million on making the film and on box office it made
Only $207,014!
It basically went to Netflix first and only, except for a very limited run in a few theatres..probably in ny and la.
