Double Cap on a Torpedo Cigar

Rolling cigars: Wrapping a small torpedo with a double cap. As the cigar dries, the transition between the first and the second cap becomes invisible, and the pointed tip ends up looking very clean. 5-1/4 x 34 final size.

Question please: What is the alternative to the commercial glue used to roll cigarettes?

Any vegetable gum will work. I use either bermocoll or gum tragacanth.
