Lunch have 1 chapatti 2 vegetables and 100 grams of fish or chicken and a little bit of curd. Evening have black tea and have 2 diet biscuits or a hand ful of almonds. Dinner have 100 grams paneer and a bowl of vegetables,or 1.5 egg and veges,or have besan dosa 2 no.

When i watched this video I remembered one of experience where i got stuck in a political rally for nearly 3 three and half hours with a 2 month old baby , literally stand still on th road on bangalore - mangalore highway. There was jammer installed and we could not even call to our people . We had to call off our journey from mid way and return back to bangalore.

Route diversions ,block ഒക്കെ ആയി വളരെ കുടുതൽ നേരം ആ തിരക്കും ഇടിയും സഹിച്ച് നിൽക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. Tvm Bus എത്തിയപ്പോൾ എൻറെ കാല് അനക്കാൻ വയ്യ, നല്ല വേദനയും ഒക്കെ ആയി ആകെ വയ്യ . ആ Busയിൽ പ്രായം ആയ ആൾക്കാർ ഒക്കെ നിൽക്കുന്ന ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു, അവരുടെ ഒക്കെ അവസ്ഥ .

Lunch have 1 chapatti 2 vegetables and 100 grams of fish or chicken and a little bit of curd. Evening have black tea and have 2 diet biscuits or a hand ful of almonds. Dinner have 100 grams paneer and a bowl of vegetables,or 1.5 egg and veges,or have besan dosa 2 no.

When i watched this video I remembered one of experience where i got stuck in a political rally for nearly 3 three and half hours with a 2 month old baby , literally stand still on th road on bangalore - mangalore highway. There was jammer installed and we could not even call to our people . We had to call off our journey from mid way and return back to bangalore.
