Hi, did you leave a gap on the lid? This might caused by the heat was too high or there is too much water vapor inside the pot. So need to lower the heat or leave a bigger gap on the lid.
Hi, I loved watching the video for this and the cake looked so good I had to try it. However, mine failed big time, the cakes deflated as soon as i opened the wok cover and became very dense. More like a kuih bakar. The only difference with your recipe is that i used normal all-purpose flour, and not cake flour. And safflower oil instead of corn oil. Would you know what could be the cause? Can I add some baking powder to the flour so that it reacts with the vinegar to make the batter rise? I would love to attempt it again. Thanks!
This is no baking powder and soda recipe for those who are sensitive to these ingredients. You can add it if you like. This version is a little bit difficult to sucess, the heat and water vapor are the key points.

我已经尝试用蒸香兰海绵蛋糕的视频(以50克香兰汁代替50克美禄水), 但是蒸出来的蛋糕是柔柔黏黏的(不成功), 很希望可以请妳帮忙研究(因美禄是小朋友的最爱)。
需要全蛋法是因鸡蛋还没有过期的前三周, 已经很难分离蛋黄和蛋白。
好的,我有出去买杂货时再买来试试看。因为我们家平时没喝美禄。

这个食谱和造型我还没试过用烤的哦。不过我试过用玻璃碗来烤蛋糕冷了会塌陷。你可以试看用北海道蛋糕纸杯(内部没蜡没油纸)來烤。大约160度40分钟。

可以用陶瓷或stainless steel或aluminum的。不过蒸的时间要稍微调整一下,因为stainless steel的受热比较快。
