This is a collaboration between Evangelion and Real Escape Game Kabukicho Detective Seven, featuring Kaji and Kaworu. It's a real life escape room thing where players are given these video messages on their phones. REG does collaborations with anime franchises pretty often apparently.
I have more story videos from this event recorded by someone who attended, but I've been asked not to post them at the current time, so let's wait until after it's ended.

STORY (taken from the official website):
You're a new hire at the up-and-coming Seven Detective Agency in Kabukicho.
One day, a government official calling himself Ryoji Kaji calls in to your office.
Following the death of an extremely wealthy individual, the black market has lead him to Kabukicho.
He asks your agency to search for a "chest".
The chest in question is a prototype of the "Lost Ark", which contains the Three Sacred Treasures of Judaea - Bezalel's Chest.
Though the story is quite a dubious one, you accept his request, and begin your search for the ark with your fellow detectives part-time idol Tiramisu, and safe-cracker Kyoko.
However, as your investigation proceeds, you find yourself embroiled in a conspiracy surrounding that ark...
Kabukicho is in chaos. The shadow of a secret organization with the world under its thumb looms. Your client, Ryoji Kaji, is hiding something.
And what is the true identity of the mysterious young man they call the "Legendary Host"...?
If you can unravel the conspiracy rocking the world, perhaps you can keep the peace of Kabukicho intact...

I guess that’s not the most right place to ask this, but whatever, since you a Eva things translator, might you know something about translation of characters sheet from a “Evangelion chronicles”?? I only seen them at Russian wiki page, by some reason, but still I’m pretty sure it’s should be known by English speaking people and have a goddamn translation, I’m just really interested what is written there…
The scans have pretty good quality, but machine translation still not making it understandable so yeah, I’d better read some actual translation ):

I haven't read Eva Chronicle but it was officially translated into both English and French, though I think those volumes might be a bit cut down compared to the original Japanese (not sure, just think I read this somewhere). You might be able to find it in English scanned somewhere online? I have no idea what the pages you're referring to are though, I'm afraid.
