@@sethb6383 I wasn’t a big fan after weeks of use. I switched to a plastic comb with half an inch gap in between the teeth. I think it works very well as it’s less harsh on the scalp and you can use it in the shower.
The point of using the shampoo brush with shampoo on WET HAIR, is that shampoos that are SLS free will not remove build up of dirt and product from the hair, like gels wax etc. You have to use the shampoo brush to manually remove these products. If you do not use a shampoo brush in this way and you are using a SLS free shampoo, you will end up with build up of product on the scalp and this can cause hair loss in some people. The way you are using it, you might as well use a scalp massager.
Just to clarify - You recommend using the brush on dry hair, prior to shampoo for 5-10 minutes, then shampoo using the brush, and rinsing with cold water (same process for conditioner also). What about if I also will be applying Minoxidil foam to my scalp? Would you apply this after conditioning and drying my hair, Then applying minoxidil foam with the brush as well?

The hair that is falling out will fall out anyway so it's not directly because of the brush and if you are using a cheap brush with bad quality, that can have a effect too.

Wet hair is weak. Combing wet hair causes follicle to come out. You have to loosen dirt while dry with brush then shower

I have one of similar ones and I've noticed I just rip my hair out with them more than when I use my hands
