Thanks for the video. I decided to rule out any sight that does not have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd axis adjustment. BG with dual vertical pin has been great for me. My current favorite, not on your table, is the Axcel Landslyde with UV slider. Great sight. One complaint I have with BG, Axcel, and HHA is the slop in their bars when inserted into a Mathews bridgelock. Every single one, once screwed down, does not sit level to the bow. Once screwed in, the bars slightly angle up, causing the sight to sit at an angle, which should mean the distance tape is slightly off as the slider is moving up and down at a slight angle and not perpendicular. I have not tried a bow with a pic rail sight mount but I’m guessing it would be better in this regard.
Surprisingly, I have yet to try a landslyde. It's on my list of sights to try, but I haven't gotten around to it. As for a pic rail, I have it on my bow this year, and I'm really liking it. On the Mathews, I was always worried about stripping the bridge lock screw. Bow tec does a much better job with their through the riser setup.
Great video, I have a BG Dual Trac Pro and BG 3 Pin Pro and they are fantastic. Black Gold rings have the ability to put the bubbles on top as well. I upsized my bubble and put it on the top of my Dual Trac and it has made a big difference for me. Looking into another sight this year and the Arxos and Tetra RYZ are both on the list, so appreciate the overviews. I think customization and matching colors is an overlooked factor that manufacturers need to consider. Part of that goes back to your anodized comments, but at the price points that most of these sights are coming in, cerekote or color options should be a must.
Man….🤯 I never thought about flipping the bubble on the BG. I'll have to try that. I think HHA will eventually offer more colors on their custom sights. They are pretty limited, but Dialed keeps dropping them, and I agree. I like the color options. Someone told me today they had a bottomlands camo Arxos.
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors It's definitely worth upgrading to a fatter bubble , 8x20mm (Amazon), as well on the BG sights. HHA will definitely expand, just a matter of time I think. I can't imagine it's the easiest process to integrate into sight productions. I have seen the small batch options that Dialed has been doing and they are awesome. I have even just considered taking my current Black Golds to a local cerakote dealer and seeing what they can do.
Black Gold definitely has the brightest pins. I like having the sight tape on the wheel, easier to see in low light. UV slider is a great sight but they don’t make a left hand, just flip the sight upside down. Just ordered a new Hoyt, right now I’m leaning towards the Dialed Pruf. Early yet, have to wait and see what comes out at the 2025 ATA show.
I have the Spot hog fast Eddie base with the Ultra view scope on it but I’m thinking about switching that’s the reason I’m watching this video to get some ideas!
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors have to get them from their website. I can't post a link but if you google "night sight tape" it will come up to get them from their site.
Great video! Can’t decide which to get. Leaning towards UV slider but iv heard pins are dull and very difficult to see without the light which makes me nervous to pull the trigger on it. What are your thoughts ? Thanks
Thank you. For me, in low light, they were difficult to see, but I also struggle in low light. I ended up changing the cartridge to the double pin vertical in a .019 pin, and that helped a lot.
😂I can't stand putting compound bow by my face. So went with red laser for near dark and green laser for daylight. 😅 The only down point is the danger of the green laser pointer 🤪.
I’m opposite. I tried vertical pins for a while. I do not like the post obstructing my view of elevation on the animal as this is the most important thing for a good hit . Just my experience
I have an Ultra View with a spot Hogg base looking to get a new one that offers more yardage and more brightness!
great video. 3 of those sights are on my list, still cant decide which one to buy. this definitely helps
Thank you! Feel free to message me with any questions.
Landslyde. UV and arxos are overpriced plastic IMO.
@johnstanford1103 aside from the battery on the UV, nothing is plastic, and on the Arxos, the only plastic is the pin slide cover/light.

Bow tec does a much better job with their through the riser setup.
Agreed that bowtechs new core setup looks solid
It looks more durable vs. the Mathews for sure.

I did a full review of the PRÜF sight. They did a fantastic job.

We are doing a huge giveaway for a brand new Dialed PRÜF bow sight 😎
Love my UV slider but couldn't read my sight tapes well. Ended up switching to Night Sight Tapes for my setup and has been working great with it.
Where did you get the Night sight tapes from?

Good video but why are you reviewing 2023 sights for 2024?
We will be reviewing all the 2024 sights as they start rolling out!

What’s the cover on the UV housing in green?
That is called a Bonus Ring. I use them when running a smaller scope, preventing me from changing my peep out to a smaller size.
What are the advantages of a Sara coated archery sight i have never heard someone doing that
It mainly offers better color options, but there is added strength over anodizing

I get that. My buddy at Sunrise prefers horizontal pins for the same reason.
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors i like the clean look of vertical . If they could just make the post invisible 😃
Trophy Ridge uses a clear post for their vertical pins, and it definitely helps.
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors i thought of even a brown/tan / gray color to blend i with the animal but clear is awesome
I’m surprised more companies don’t offer clear or like you said, something that blends with the animal. I never thought about that option.
What’s the best wheel sight for 200 or lower
I did a video covering the top 5 budget sights for under 300, but one I would recommend is the HHA Optimizer
Can you put the dialed Arxos on a bow that’s not a new Hoyt or Mathews
Yes. I currently have one on my wife's Bowtec Carbon Rose.
Good video. Subbed. Just in case you were wondering, you said “uh” or “umm” 135 times this video.
You should give the Cbe trek 3v a try.
Thank you. I appreciate the support.
Try shooting a 17-minute unscripted video. I guarantee you'll have a “filler” that you repeat
There is a video on the channel already
I didn't see a teleprompter. Many people seem to need one in order to think and speak at the same time. Very well done.@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors
Thank you! I appreciate that.
React 1 still cheaper and just as good
Another great option
