I agree. I get that price point for most isn't a budget sight, but I wanted to show what options you get at that price without having to spend $400-600.
I have both CBE tatic 3pin and single pin. They are great, I also have the HHA slider, with the slide bracket and 2nd &3rd axis block. I use that on my PSE supra, and it's awesome. HHA sells those parts.
You should take a look at the Apex Gear Covert single pin sight - lot of sight for the money! 2nd & 3rd axis adjustments; micro & gang adjustments; stainless screws; available in a direct mount & a sliding bar mount (with position marks). Also available in a Versa Pin version with a switchable .019 & .010 pin that you can also change the color of the pin by sliding the pin housing back & forth. I love both of mine!
I just got the HHA Optimizer Lite so far I like it. Very good build quality heavy duty aluminum and came with excellent hardware. I wish I knew about the 3rd axis adjustment bracket option before I got my sight but I think I will order the bracket soon.
Companies are also putting more time, technology and science into their products which is the reason the cost is so much more now than it was for a fixed pin sight 20 years ago
One 300 is not a budget two in Michigan I've never needed to shoot more than 50. And in final I remember double peep sights that let your bottom be your 10 20 30 40 50 . And the top peep turned your 10 into 60 and so on to a 100. Those were 10 bucks. Bring back the good old days.
It’s hard to believe $300 is the budget category these days, it’s unfortunate.

I agree with you, I just remember when top of the line sights weren’t $600.
@BY-dq3mt a few years back, I thought $279 was a lot for a sight😂
And here in Australia you've got the exchange rate plus import...
I also remember when top of the line bows were $899-$999 not $1400 bare bow @@BY-dq3mt
Lmao, when I started bow hunting in 1984, we had a 5 pin brass pin set up with paint ball ends. $12.99

Between the three budget-friendly sights, it would be a toss-up between the CBE and HHA.

Thank you for the recommendation. I'll check that one out!
Just ordered the CBE Trek Pro Micro 3V
CBE Trek is probably my favorite sight right now!
You'll be happy!
Great stuff. I really enjoyed.
Thank you! I appreciate you checking it out.

For a budget sight, you can't beat it. It's the only one at that price point that allows you to adjust the third axis.
Great video, though I agree with a couple of commenters: $300 for a budget sight is painful.
I agree but with the price of most high-end sights, it's a lot less expensive than most.

@jumbledj2112 great point.

I'm afraid those days are long gone.
Budget… in my day a whole bow was $300
You can probably still get some “hunt ready” bows for around the $500-600 price point.
@@MichiganAmBushOutdoors bear apapt 2+ is imo the best at its price point of 800.
