    Question about the back to back, if you have a back to back booked but in two different staterooms, what do you do with your luggage? Just curious because I’m looking into doing a back to back soon. Love the videos as always!!

    • @parodeejay
      @parodeejay  5 лет назад +1

      If you don't end up with the same cabin, you pack everything up just as if you're getting off the cruise, then your steward is supposed to help you get your things moved from one cabin to the other. We've always lucked out and been able to find the same cabin on our B2Bs so we haven't personally had to do that just yet.

    Hello, on the back to back cruise were yall able to keep the same cabin? Did you have to book both cruise far in advance to book a back to back cruise? I want to do that one day!

    • @parodeejay
      @parodeejay  5 лет назад +1

      We did have the same cabin, and didn't even have to pack up. We normally book a year to year-and-a-half ahead of time, so it's usually not a problem to find the same one. Our travelmates booked later and had to switch cabins between cruises, but they said it wasn't a big deal. The stewards are very helpful during the whole process!

Nascar liked the idea and machine but the price tag was too much is what the result was but it was very cool machine

  • @kmak5345
    @kmak5345 6 лет назад +4

    Hello jay and Dee , am still confused if done all the paperwork and been on ship before , why does it take an hour ,
    Or even why do you need to leave ship at all , I do know that this question is not actually for you but for the cruise line
    Am hoping they may see this and think about alternative options,
    Have heard there is a sinister plot to bring fish on board and release in the pool to keep Dee happy while you are at the bar drinking Long Island iced teas 😇

    • @parodeejay
      @parodeejay  6 лет назад

      I guess it's more of a US Customs question... that's all we had to actually get off the ship for, was to stand in a little line and flash our passports, then we got right back on the ship. I think most of the overall hour was waiting for everyone else to completely clear off the ship (our group was required to be the last ones off), and then waiting for customs to clear out a little so we could get an agent assigned to us. It was still a cool experience though!!

    • @tod2992
      @tod2992 4 года назад

      Jay. The reason you are required to disembark for CBP to do a face check to the passport
      The first voyage is now over. The ships handlers are now required to transmit all the passengers to CBP for the next trip/voyage. Even though your same information is transmitted to CBP a face check is required to verify that it is indeed you holding that passport and not somebody else. Ect etc..
