    might help when you mention a name of something to put that name up on the screen. You say things so fast its difficult to catch it. Like the smart tracker. Doesnt show anywhere on your site

      Good feedback. Just for anyone else wondering the brand of the tracker is "Eufy." They do use Apple's Find My network though, so they're not helpful to Android users.

    You can wear your fanny pack and they wont flag you for extra bag.

    The last three flights I've had (all within the past six weeks), The gate agent has made the announcement that you can only bring two bags on the flight and that TSA is trying to crack down on folks wearing a bum bag or a Crossbody pouch as #3. I too tuck it away at the top of the backpack and pulling it out as needed or wrap it around the backpack as a chubby outer pocket.😅

      Yes! I’ve been noticing this too, it just seems like some boarding agents say something and some don’t. So I always just risk it and then put it in the bag if they say anything 😅

    Didn’t even realize it was an ad until 7 mins in, so good job! Legitimately, products are there but not shoved in your face.

    THANK YOU! I've been looking for a similar set up, but so many of these videos feature just the backpack "one pack travel" when they do backpack reviews and don't mention the rest of the setup. I've been torn on what size backpack to buy because I generally travel with a roller carryon + backpack.

      Love to hear that! Personally as a 5’1” woman, I’ve tried and learned the hard way, one bag travel just does not work for me to travel comfortably and efficiently! Glad this helped!

    I'd keep my glasses in a case for extra protection.

    Chums surfshorts wallet is the best wallet I ever had. They been around forever, they last forever and are cheaper than Topo or other competitors. The blanket looked really cool. The hat is my favorite tho, looks lite and indestructable. My biggest problem with hats is sweat marks. I travel to hot destinations thus sweat a lot and all the hats I wore ended up with sweat rings that do not wash out. I'm looking for a hat that resists those stains to begin with or can be washed and the stains come out (stain resistant) Let me know if this hat fits the bill and I'll order it

      Hey! Thanks for checking out the video & according to our co-founder Lance, he plays pickle ball and works out in the Gravel hat and his currently doesn’t have any sweat stains. Of course this can be specific to how much you sweat! But if you want to take a risk on it, here’s a 10% off code for checkout: YTFRIENDS

    Please please stop using wheeled carry-on bags. Many times they will not fit as too long wheels first so they lay them on the side and others are able to place luggage in the bin. 2 times I my carry-on gate checked, mine was correct size but a woke karens stupid wheeled luggage.

    that travel blanket could act as a curtain for privacy, on the lower bunks in the hostels, take a few clothes pegs or magnets to fasten.

    Have you looked into filming directly on your iPhone? the 15ProMax films beautifully, and you can get filming rigs to add extra drive capacity, lights, mics, and extra battery all built on...
    It could lighten your load pretty significantly, at least all those extra batteries...

    Have you considered swapping your liquid soap for dry soap sheets?

    • @gravel.travel
      @gravel.travel  8 месяцев назад

      I have but I don't like that once I use it, then I have to find a bag to carry it around in... so it feels like the liquid soap is already in the container haha. Whats your solution for it!?

      @@gravel.travel I agree with what you said. I tried the dry soap sheets many times and I do not like it. Thanks.

    How do you secure your Carry-on and Personal Bag at a hostel when you go out filming/sightseeing with just the sling/camera bag? I know some hostels provide a suitcase locker, but I wonder if both would fit in that. Any thoughts or have you run into this issue?

    • @gravel.travel
      @gravel.travel  6 месяцев назад

      Typically lockers are different sizes in different countries, but I’d just put all my most valuable stuff in the bag I take with me (if it didn’t fit in locker). Because of the kind of work I do (camera gear with me) I try to book rooms with locked doors, not that much more $ and way more security.

    Does that blanket keep you warm?

    • @gravel.travel
      @gravel.travel  8 месяцев назад

      it does! it's insulated and regulates your body temp so you don't get sweaty, just the right kind of warm. I honestly don't travel without it unless the flights are under 5hrs.
