Looks great. You could take it to the next level by putting a sunny side up egg with a runny yolk on the top. Cutting into the yolk and watching it ooze all over the potato would be heavenly.

Good recipe, boy, I'll bet with sweet taters it would make a fine dinin supper. Don't have a pellet grill but I can whip up a great tater in the stove or if really time short, in the microwave. Cheeze makes the final touch.
Sweet taters would be amazing for these for sure and the great thing about this recipes is the oven works great too!
