    Everything looks good! I prefer a thinner quesadilla but if that thick one was handed to me I would not complain!

    We are going to have to make a trip up there and check out that smoker. I love my Traeger, but I'm intrigued. I want that pizza oven too.

    I use the biggest Burrito size tortilla shells I can find for Quesadillas, loaded up thick with everything you put in them plus some crumbled bacon and sour creme with some type of dipping sauce. That way I only eat one instead of 2, got to watch my figure ya know. 😂😂

      That sounds so good!!! And by the way, when someone says you need to get in shape, remind them that round is a shape....lol

    We just purchased this grill. Thanks for helping us get it set up.
    Would you please do a video on how to clean and maintain it after cooking on it? Thanks!

      I am impressed at how that pork butt turned out and those Quesadillas really had a GREAT flavor. Best of both worlds!!

    I’m thinking about sliding the built quesadilla into the pizza oven to give them that special flash heat from it.

    Good one, and uses the pellet side more efficiently. I just don't have tome to stand around a smoker so an overnight cook is just the thing, good recipe so when is your spice going to be available?

    • @TheCrazyPop
      @TheCrazyPop  8 месяцев назад +1

      I love using this for overnight cooks, I hate waking up and going out to check on the cook...lol. As far as my seasoning, we have been talking about making it available.

    That pulled pork looks great! I’ve done these before and they turned out great. When will the Crazy Pops BBQ seasoning be available for purchase?

    How many bags of pellets did it take to cook the pork, and what flavor of pellets did you use.

    • @TheCrazyPop
      @TheCrazyPop  8 месяцев назад +3

      Took about 10lbs (1/2 a bag) of pellets and I used Apple Pellets for this cook.

    Whats your Overall rating on this grill/ griddle vs others you have used? Is it worth the $$m

    • @TheCrazyPop
      @TheCrazyPop  6 месяцев назад +1

      Truth is there is always room for improvement, Like I wish the bottom was enclosed instead of open in the back. But overall, I am really loving this unit. I have two other pellet grills and this one is my go to now. At first the temps were a little off, but the more I have used it, the more it has gotten better. I have don several overnight cooks with no issues so far. The griddle being attached is a plus for me, being it is right there all the time, I am more ap to use it when I smoke something. It cooks as good as my other Blackstone's. The only issue I have had is with the app, it has connection issues on Android, but for me that is no big deal. I am thinking of doing a video going over the pros and cons since I have used it some now! Hope this helps!

    Question, I’m in the market for a pellet smoker and a flat top, I’ve read super mixed reviews on this unit… what’s your overall opinion?

    • @TheCrazyPop
      @TheCrazyPop  6 месяцев назад +1

      Overall I really like this unit. I've seen the mixed reviews also, but I really haven't had any real issues with mine. I did check the temp with other Thermometers and it was pretty close. The only issue I've had, which really isn't a problem is with the app connection. I always start off with a full Pellet hopper and so far no issues. I hope this helps. Please reach out if you have any more concerns or questions.
