    Cool product, and thanks for reminding me of “Blanket Forts”!

      Some of my best childhood memories were every chair, bedsheet, and clothespin in the house being used to construct the ultimate blanket fort!!

    Fantastic video man, thank you for putting in all the work and being very thorough with the details on this unit. Can’t wait for mine to arrive, looks like a solid unit. I’d be using it for interior detailing so thank you for showing those clips too.

    It looks like the same tool sold as DeWALT DCL045, Mac Tools MCL045, and Craftsman CMCL0908. I’ve even seen people point out that the DeWALT did not negatively impact filming when it was being compared to another brand with PWM flicker. Of course, all of these take different batteries and the Mac Tools version even adds a motion sensor with detachable flashlight at over 3x the price.
    The DeWALT version takes DeWALT 20V Max and DeWALT 12V Max batteries. The Mac Tools version supports DeWALT 20V Max batteries but ONLY takes 20V Max. The Craftsman only take Craftsman V20 Max (V20 Max != 20V Max).
    What confuses me is that those three brands are under the same corporate umbrella… but Greenworks isn’t. I’d suggest that Stanley Black & Decker is just optioning them from the same external supplier but when you examine the mechanism that allows the DeWALT to also fit 12V Max it really seems like they engineered the whole thing themselves… and otherwise there’d be nothing stopping Greenworks from optioning one with the same extra features as the Mac Tools one for a fraction of the price.
    They all have different max lumen ratings too.
    Any chance you could do a comparison with one of these others?

      Sure. Send me any one of the lights you listed and I’ll compare it to the GreenWorks.

      @@wafflesquare Wish I had one. ;) The Craftsman has been seen on clearance for as low as 25 at Lowe’s (more reports of 37 though). I’m on backorder for the recent hundred-dollar DeWALT deal at Amazon and considering canceling. No reason to let my DeWALT batteries influence the purchase if others brands like Greenworks include their batteries with essentially the same folding design for less. ;)

    Hi, i’m really loving your LR3 videos.
    Off topic question for you.
    When replacing the rubber sway bar bushings (LR3) with new rubber ones, do you recommend preloading (neutral level) the sway bar before torquing down the bushing clamps ?
    Thanks !

    • @wafflesquare
      @wafflesquare  Год назад +1

      Thank you for your kind words. As stated in my LR3 videos, I am not a mechanic. I’ve also never worked on the sway bar bushings so I am unable to give you any advice.

      @@wafflesquare Thanks for the honest answer. Give it some time. You will be replacing them sooner or later. 😉
      I’m on my 4th Land Rover and I do 99% of the work on them. I’ve never heard heard anyone talking about preloading when doing these bushings. The shop manual doesn’t mention it either. I’m surely overthinking this one 😂
