You really know how to make simple things seem complex.
My favorite part is talking to the watch!
Thanks 🙏🏾 I’m a use this!
I just subscribed as well! Abundance to you!
Unnecessarily complicated.
😂 starts off with the assumption that max is 200kg and then at 9:22 recommends 3 singles of 202kg and 205-207kg. I’d take 3 days to recover from a max squat.
This was after 8 weeks og myo reps and reverse pyramide.
Hey, for the peak strength app., can you explain why the peak strength app makes you do more of the same weight even though you repeatedly fail the rep range. Like the weighted pull-up section or the iron-clad ab movement. I will fail the rep range because by the time I get there I am simply too tired but it does not go lower, it just stays at that target weight and I just keep typing in the failed attempt.
Which watch do you like better?
How would you do the 8 sets of 2 weight wise my 70% at the mo is 133kgs do I hit that for doubles and then increase the wait just curious
You would do 2 reps then rest for 30 sec
Then do 7 more sets like this
This is after the first set of 10
It will be a challenging
All the while some of the lift models have their knees caving in on the concentric phase of the lift🤷♂️
Me duelen los tendones sobre la rodilla!!!! Y quiero hacer sentadilla!!!
I'm not hating at all here but I saw a ton of knee valgus on the ascents. The should loop some hip circles around their ankles to help teach them keeping the foot wide and planted (and avoids over pronation) or just think about driving your big toe into the ground. In my opinion squats should be done shoeless so you can complete the feedback loop)
And yet all the Olympic level Chinese weightlifters do that with their knees coming out of the squat. Not sure if I should trust you or Lu Xiaojun.
Everyone get that? 😅😅
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Whats 70% of 100? Multiply by 2 to get 70% of 200...
Whole load of waffle 😕
