    Bergamont is a natural flower grown in Italy. It corrected my high numbers to close to perfect numbers 4 months.

    Thank you for the very informative video. I noticed you said avoid vegetable oils completely if you have small LDL particle sizes...does this include avoiding the whole food itself. i.e. avoiding Avocado oil but still eating Avocados. What about eating Macadamian nuts in that scenario?

      Hi there, avocados are great for you and avocado oil is actually just fine! The oil is sourced from the flesh of the avocado and not the seed so we recommend it. Eating the whole food itself such as nuts is totally fine. Macadamia nuts as per your example are great for fighting inflammation so eating them has its benefits! :) - LGD Team
