Im really hoping that it’s just for the budget dolls and these few lines. They just made the fantastic fashion dolls which were their most anticipated and detailed dolls and now they do this to us 😭 as someone who has been there for rainbow high defending and collecting them since day one this is really upsetting. This doll line had so much potential.

I didn’t even take Victoria's accessories out of the plastic i just put them away. I only kept them in case i plan to sell my dolls later on and i would get more if they are complete. Even though i'm down on them i still think Victoria is overall the best doll released this year that i bought.

Yeah for whatever reason it seems like most doll lines only last for a few years before they "reboot" and the fans end up Hating them and the dolls get discontinued. Ever after high, the og monster high, LIV, even bratz, even tho they lasted longer than any of the others I mentioned, they still left after their reboot. Now they're back in their original form and things are going really well for them, so I don't see why the others can't see that that method works and to do things like that. Like come on bring back EAH in it's original style, bring back the Liv dolls, bring bratzillaz back, and I get that there's alot of people who love the new g3 mh dolls, but there's so many who are only getting them because g1 is way too expensive, so if they'd bring those back as playline too, all these lines would be raking in millions each from the collectors. And even kids notice the lack of details and quality. My niece absolutely loves playing with my dolls way more than most of her own because alot of mine are the older ones from my childhood so they were made back when the companies made quality toys. I'm the same as you, I always loved the ability to change my dolls clothes and play with their hair. The dolls that couldn't change clothes weren't played with as much, because they didn't have as much versatility. I tried with some, like one of my ice skating dolls, because I loved her so much, but she was still limited to what she could wear. The dolls that could completely strip down were played with the most because they could wear anything and have their hair done in all kinds of styles. As much as I still love some of the rh/sh dolls I see in stores, I've been focusing on buying older dolls second hand instead, because I feel I'm getting more for my money and I definitely enjoy getting the older dolls I wanted as a child and never got.
Edit: also I'm sorry to hear you've been sick. I've been so busy lately I haven't even had much time to sit and watch anything for a few weeks now. I'm trying to get caught up now😂 anyway, feel better soon Kyla!

@@delilahandaria6198 true. Still. Even without bringing EAH back there's still plenty of doll lines that could make a comeback and the adult collectors would fork over the money because we love the dolls we grew up with and want them.

I wish they'd done a cloud print on Skylar's swimsuit. I'm obsessed with clouds and wouldn't have been able to resist even though i don't really buy budget dolls because I like articulation.

It's not supposed to be a real denim swimsuit and it separate, it's called trompe l'œil and i think it parodying a diesel swimsuit.

Ruby’s swim doll is the prettiest in my opinion. Not enough for me to buy her though 🤣 I’m going to attempt to restyle my original Ruby’s hair to look like her 😍 I’m so so sad that Poppy is going to be part of the main lineup anymore! And it looks like Amaya is going to be the pink one from the fashion pack pictures (first she steals Bella’s spot at school and now her color??!!) also the fashion packs don’t look that great, which sucks because the fashion was the best part of RH 🥲 I need to try and get my hands on the Runway dolls because they’re so pretty, but idk what my future with RH will be 🙃 I might go back to OMG

Honestly thought this was you saying you're no longer collecting as the RH/SH content is what I watch for and there hasn't been any for months. I'm honestly just hoping this is a bit of a budget blip. They did budget versions of S3 dolls afterall. The swim dolls are pretty but incredibly boring and lack articulation so I won't be getting any of them, the new fashion packs or the slime dolls besides Sunny - because Sunny is always adorable and I like the natural lip on her. The Runway dolls are stunning and prove they are more than capable, and whilst I'd rather have an extra outfit over the small accessories, I'll take accessories over lack of articulation and boring outfits. But please bring back Poppy! She's an OG and an important part of the rainbow! (Also fully recommend Lavender! She's GORGEOUS!)

There are more releases coming they are making a winter wonderland line and other stuff, these are just budget dolls and I personally like these specifically Violet and Ruby
